One-bedroom apartment, 39m² in size, featuring one king-size bed with bed linens, a wardrobe, a steam iron, a living room with a two-seater sofa, a desk with an ergonomic chair, a Smart TV, central air conditioning, a compact kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dining table, sink with cabinet, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, private bathroom with a shower, bath amenities, hairdryer, and bath linens.

House rules:

1. Hanging clothes or objects on the windows is not allowed.

2. The voltage in all apartments is 220V.

3. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.

4. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Subject to a daily fine of R$400.00.

5. Trash must be taken and placed in the basement of the building (-1) on the opposite side of Xtay's entrance, under the vehicle entrance/exit ramp.

Rely on Xtay technology – download the Xtay app from the PlayStore or AppleStore to complete your check-in registration. Next, activate your Bluetooth, click on the 'Tap to Open' button, and bring your device near the locks of the building and apartment to unlock them.

If you're unable to activate your Bluetooth, the access code provided by the app can be entered into the lock to open the door.

24-hour support via messaging is available.

The parking is outsourced, costing R$ 20.00 per car per day through Safe Park. It is located in the building's underground area with an automatic gate. After obtaining the ticket at the gate, please proceed to the Atrium reception on the ground floor to make the payment at a TOTEM
