Floors in my room were so dirty my shoes were sticking to them I took a towel and wet it and it was so dirty. My second night we went back to the room and the key didn’t work

Bed was very comfortable, Floors in room were filthy, stayed 3 days, were told upfront that room would not be serviced during our stay, large gap at bottom of entry door, hair in shower, bathroom counter was not clean

Hotel is very rundown and dirty. I had the room next to the office where customers were loud exiting the office. The rating were higher than the property condition.

Overall, the property was OK. The floors really were very filthy, and if you wore white socks, they become totally filthy within just a matter of seconds walking around on the floor. Decent breakfast though, and friendly staff.

I fell in my room the floor in front of the sink was very slippery as I laid on the floor I grabbed the phone could not get hold of the front desk when I told the 2 staff members they could care less. I just had surgery and I hope everything is okay with that

The rooms appeared unsafe and it had roaches. No one cleaned or replaced towels.the stay was a mistake that i will not be repeating.

The floor was very sticky. The people above us used a machine most of the night that made a lot of noise. Other than that everything was fine.

They did not have my reservation for 2 rooms with King beds. I also got charged for 3 rooms instead of 2. There was a toilet that did not flush and a hair dryer that did not work. The hotel was rundown and shabby. Very disappointed !

It was adequate for a quick sleep which was possible although the barking dogs, revving engines, and random cat alarms made it difficult. The continental breakfast was not good, but it was there. I don't plan to ever stay there again.

I’m 68 years old and out of all my years of traveling this place is the absolute worse walk in the room it smells horrible not only that it’s a roach crawling on the bed and the night stand I picked up the phone wanting to call the front desk because we are not staying the phone is dead no dial tone go to the front desk and was told my credit card has already been charged and I have to contact the manager the next day about going the charge review

The floor of our room #143, was «sticky». We really did not like the feeling. The bed was clean and comfortable. The washroom was clean too.

I reserved a room with King size bed, but when I went to my room I discovered that I was assigned a room with 2 Queen/Double size beds. I promptly returned to the front desk to discuss the discrepancy with the attendant, who responded that she did not have time for dealing with people’s “IGNORANCE”!

We stayed twice as traveling to/from FL and this was mid point. The staff at front desk was the same and such a sweetheart, very friendly. The first room, 124 was awesome, super clean, smelled fresh, and felt perfect. The 2nd time around, room 224, well that was so different. No shower curtain, smelled like wet dog, toilet was not cleaned, and just felt dirty and raw. Bed linens for both stays were clean, bfst choices were good, and area felt safe.

Staff didn't acknowledge us when we were at the counter as they discussed person issues. A roach crawled across tv while I was watching it! Room didn't get cleaned when I left. When I went to get towels I was told to come back in 30 minutes either because the ladies in front on me had two small dogs I'm the lobby that were barking at me or whatever reason. I saw towels on the counter. There was people walking around the property. I think some of them stayed there long term or lived there because I saw chairs out side of doors and people sitting around in house clothes smoking.

Facilities were clean but out dated. Breakfast was disappointing- instant oatmeals, waffles and dry cereal- although coffee was good and staff friendly. Not too pricey so overall satisfied with our stay.
