Average, not more
Typical accomodation close to other similar places, big stores, fast food and big roads. The guy at reception could have been more friendly and the bathroom needed som repairs. The room was average, the breakfast was below average.

There were ceiling tiles falling, air conditioning wouldn’t cool, and the housekeeping ladies asked me 4 times what time I was checking out at 7am to 9 am, and checkout is at 11. They wanted me to leave early so they could clean

We’ve stayed here several times in the past few years, floors in the rooms cold use some work as the are deteriorating.

I drove half the day and checked in the hotel hoping to get some rest. In the evening the men in the next unit were hanging outside talking, laughing and using a lot of profanity, loudly. The evening desk clerk joined them, using foul language, as well. I turned the TV volume as high as it would go and couldn't drown them out. The next moring I went to the office and asked to be moved to another room. The clerk checked and said the men were checking out that day. In the evening, the same thing. I found the clerk and asked if the morning clerk lied, she said the men checked back in. I told her I can't get any rest and she said she cant control what the guests do outside. I said Ok, I'll call the police. Then she went and talked to the men. Terrible customer service. It didnt help that the mattress had two depressions with no support. I am a Wyndham reward subscriber but may have to stop. Baymont used to be decent hotels compared to other Wyndham units like Days Inn.

Place didn’t look like the pictures posted. There was no hot breakfast except a pancake machine. When I asked where all the food was they told me that every time the workers come in early and eat it all. Ok fine, then supply more food for the people who come in after 7 am. Ridiculous!

Very clean facility, bed, bathroom, no stains or anything, hot water, fridge, outside and in all very presentable. Staff friendly and welcoming. Will definitely use this place again in the future.

The property and grounds were clean. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. The reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness was that the were a couple of small bugs. Aside from that everything was Great

Sadly the age is showing at this location. From the simple things like lamp shades and clothes hangers broken, very load air conditioning units to disregard of maintenance of bathrooms and poorly fitting doors. The digital TV would only tune 3 stations with all others extremely pixilated or just freezing on an image. The property needs a serious remodeling to be able to justify the cost per night.

Room was so nasty.
The room was dirty, there were roaches all around the floor and it was disguisting. After going to the front desk they were nice enough and agreed to refund my money but it has not hit my account yet.

Don’t stay here!
The room was dirty. Refrigerator leaked water. Bathroom had black mold and fan was falling off ceiling. Apple juice and Coffee maker In breakfast room both dispensed water not coffee or juice. Floors in room were filthy and turned our socks black. Tv kept freezing.

Roach infestation. The bed was comfortable. But otherwise, minimal choices for breakfast and there were random hairs on my towels. Not impressed at all. I checked out after the first night.

Great Hospitality
Amanda is the most welcoming and respectful hotel staff I've encountered in all my travels across the country. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to others in the Muscle Shoals area. She's always accommodating and makes sure guests are well taken care of when they stay at her hotel. 10/10
