On the ground floor, you will find an inviting living room equipped with a digital TV and flat screen, with direct access to both the garden and the balcony. A separate dining room provides an elegant space for shared meals. The fully equipped open kitchen opens onto the living and dining areas, creating a sociable and functional layout. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, as well as 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
