Fint hotell ved stranda
Fint hotell i rolige omgivelser. 30 min gange til sentrum. Hyggelig betjening og god mat. Rent og pent, men kanskje litt slitt. Måtte klage noen ganger fordi noe manglet på rommet etter rengjøring. Det kunne være nye håndklær, vannflasker, shower gel osv. Bortsett fra det, ett bra hotell.

Beautiful and luxurious
First impression was that we had arrived Paradise. The hotel is just amazing when entering, the look, the view over the pool, the beach, the lounge etc. Friendly and effective staff. The room was a bit worn, but clean. We had sea front view, with no view.. The bed was huge and SO comfortable. Nice and polite cleaning staff. Spa was amazing. Breakfast was really, really good. A bit dissapointed about the restaurants, and we find it totally stupid that men had to wear trousers for evening dinner. Some guest was in their Adidas jogging pants....seriously; this is just silly. Nice shorts are more delicately than jogging pants.

Oppholdet var veldig bra..savnet litt mer av basseng aktiviteter for barn og at de ikke hadde "all inklusiv". Servicen og hygienen var jeg ikke fornøyd med på "pool bassenget" .. Fikk en del ganger skitne glass..å når mann bestilte is så tok dem lang tid til å levere den, ble ofte til milkshake til jeg fikk den..

Luksushotel på Mauritius bedste strand
Super lækkert luksushotel med fantastisk strand og gode faciliteter og aktiviteter. Hovedpuderne på værelserne burde dog være i forskellige formater, så de passer til forskellige ønsker.

Some of the furniture in the our room was quite worn out and had some kind of dirt all across it. It looked like there was gum or something sticky on the chair so we were unable to use the desk area properly. The mirror in the desk was also quite dirty. Everything else was absolutely amazing and beds were absolutely fantastic to sleep on. Thank you for all of the amazing hospitality and all of the services that were provided.

At the check in we noticed the bath was dirty , we mentioned to the staff but nobody did care to come and see us , the staff in general have no clue about service so I would take off the word luxory and charge less as rooms are in need of renovation , if you want to get to flic and flac center you need to take a taxi as the road is dark with no sidewalk, taxi in the resort will accept only cash , you might wonder why.. , and they charge 6 pounds for 5 minutes drive , the beach is full of little rocks and dead corals , boats are passing by very close to the beach that almost get you if you are in the water which is not deep , the 3 star are just for the food and spa.

Impossible de visiter l’île Maurice sans passer par Flic en flac et son superbe hôtel Sofitel L’impérial à Wolmar, certainement le meilleur de Flic en Flac d’ailleurs. Not as good as I hoped
I love other Sofitel properties around the world. They generally have great knowledgeable staff and really go above and beyond for the customer. I can’t say that for this place . I was unable to get any reservations at the restaurants and we were there over a week! That’s ridiculous and they should have tried to at least accommodate a beach dinner . I also was out in a bit so luxurious room when they had better rooms available. My room didn’t even have a working ac it was super hot the first night and we complained we stayed j. The room for another 3 nights. It was really difficult to get a taxi and the hotel didn’t do much to help us. Overall I would t recommend this hotel.

Étions nous bien dans un établissement Sofitel ? La question qui revenait inlassablement à mesure de la découverte des points de déception dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite pas ce gage de qualité. Hôtel extrêmement vieillissant, chambre catastrophique (baignoire avec rouille, calcaire, rideaux troués, aucune luminosité), serviettes de piscine dans une état horrible ... Nous avons demandé une chambre moins ravagée mais Visiblement toutes les chambres étaient dans le même état. C’est extrêmement honteux de la part de cet établissement qui devrait connaître une rénovation partielle d un de ses ailes cette année selon les dires du personnel ... Seul point positif : la gentillesse du personnel.

Nice private beach. Service in the bars and restaurants was variable. Sometimes excellent, more often slow, and occasionally overwhelmed by guest numbers. Although well maintained, the property had the feel of somewhere that needed a touch more tlc.

Das Hotel ist einzigartig für einen entspannten Urlaub. Ob als Paar oder mit Kindern, man wird rund um die Uhr herzlich umsorgt und ein tolles Freizeitprogramm wird geboten. Das Pool ist riesig, Strandbetten, gratis Wasseraktivitäten, freundlichste Mitarbeiter und die Abend-Gesangs -Artisten sind auch sehr talentiert. Würde sofort wieder kommen und das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Nebenbei ist Flic en Flac der schönste Strand für einen Abendspaziergang. :)

Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand und das Meer wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind gross, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Blick war toll. Die Gartenanlage sehr schön. Das Hotel selber ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn es regnete, tropfte es in unserem Zimmer von der Decke. Die Klimaanlage ist eine Nacht lang ausgefallen. Der Service war im internationelen Vergleich unterdurchschnittlich. Einige Beispiele: z.B. wurde die Minibar zwei Wochen lang nicht aufgefüllt. Wenn man den Roomservice oder den Concierge anrief, hatt man eine 50/50 Chance, ob der Anruf überhaupt entgegengenommen wurde. Die Liegestühle sind sehr alt, die Pooltücher ausgefranst und mit nicht mehr auswaschbaren Flecken drauf. Im Restaurant hat man gut gespeist. Das Essen war immer sehr frisch und gut zubereitet. Ein Kompliment an die Küchenmanschaft. Jedoch wuden z.B. Geschirr nicht nachgefüllt am Buffet oder bis der Kaffee kam, hatte man bereits fertig gefrühstückt. Positiv herausgestochen sind einige Personen vom Staff. So z.B. Vishal, der Supervisor von dem Barbereich. Oder auch der Tepanjakymeister war hervorragend. Auch die Zimmermädchen haben einen guten Job gemacht. Da das gesamten Hotel über keine Lifte verfügt, waren die Servicewagen der Zimmermädchen schlecht bestückt. Die Zimmermädchen haben aber das beste aus der Situation herausgeholt. Kompliment. Die Behandlungen im Spa waren gut, die Organisation der Termine jedoch weniger.

Superbe hôtel, dont les points forts sont la plage privée qui est sublime et spacieuse, et son incroyable piscine. Les services sont excellents, le personnel adorable. Parfait hôtel pour un couple car très calme et confidentiel, moins approprié avec des enfants. Seule chose à redire : il serait temps de renouveler les serviettes de plage !
