This listing includes only the home located to the right of the garage and does not include the casita on the left. Please note that other guests may be staying in the casita during your stay. HOUSE RULES
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
There is no smoking on the property.
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests.

Although there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
