If I could rate zero stars I would, this has been the worst motel I’ve experienced. We were booked to stay for 4 nights, but on the first night there were stains on the bed sheets, the toilets did not flush, the shower did not drain, the dead bolt for the door did not work, and we could hear people yelling and crying from other rooms at multiple times throughout the night. When we went to talk to the front desk about getting a refund for the remainder of the stay we were told to get in touch with Expedia. Expedia told us to work it out with the motel staff, the same lady that told us to get in touch with Expedia then changed her story and said that Expedia is supposed to contact the motel and that the motel will just ignore or deny Expedia’s request. Needless to say I didn’t get refunded. Awful service, sleeping in your car would be better than here.
