Guests have full access to the home, minus a supply closet for guest supplies

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*
-No Smoking: this home does not allow smoking on the property. This includes the outside areas. There will be a $500 for any reports on smoking.
-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
-No parties: $1000 fine
-Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM
-No Pets: A $500 fine will be issued
-No fires outside designated firepits
-Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication will be issued a fine of $100 per hour
