First of all the management is so rude to their front desk staff that they’re under so much stress they can barely function. Secondly, the rooms are horrible. My tub was running with water all night long because it never shut off all the way. The sidewalks are crooked so if you have near back problems or any disabilities, they’ll make you feel worse about yourself, they don’t accommodate early check-in without charging you extra money. There is this huge construction site next-door as well as street construction on that same main street so there’s only one way out and one way into the facility. I used to like this place, but I feel like the manager has really , gotten perhaps burned out on his job because he never used to be so rude. I don’t recommend going there anytime soon until it changes hands or at least management.

I've stayed at this property 3 times before. The last was in 2019. It's not the Ritz Carlton , never was and never expected to be. It was alway clean a nice and a very good Breakfast . It's old and needs a complete remodel . Someone tried to patch the wall in our bath room and left the sheet rock dust all over the floor. The entertainment cabinet is falling apart. The concrete always are a disaster . the place is falling down. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

I was very happy with my stay. This was affordable and clean. The property is a little dated but it was very clean and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable too. Staff was very friendly. We stayed on the third floor so the doors opened inside into the carpeted hallway. It looked like the first and second floor doors of the rooms opened outside. Maybe the third floor was added later??…. Most hotels in the area were much more expensive. This one was very conveniently located, safe, and clean and much more in the price range we wanted. My daughter and I both females traveling together felt very comfotable

Cons: We came to town for a graduation and we thought the rooms were really small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. They felt super cramped for our small family of 3. Pros: the hotel is close to NAU, they have free parking. They serve coffee and breakfast in the morning.

I booked the room for two nights. Traveling alone. I confirmed with the staff when I checked in that she had me for two nights. Then when I returned late the next evening, my room keys did not work. It was 10pm, it was raining, I was extremely tired, and I was unable to find the clerk. I was yelling out..."Hello, anyone here?" over and over... then a another customer came in who was needing to check-in also helped me look for someone. Then someone came from the back (behind the desk). When I asked him why my key did not work - he said, "Well we probably didn't think you were staying two nights." I asked if it reflected two nights and he said yes...so a little disappointed with the service. It was easy to find and easy access to the highways.
