This brand new, luxurious, year round access, five-bedroom house situated on 6+ acres in Fish Haven has it all - location, privacy, views, relaxation, plenty of parking and comfort! With breathtaking, unobstructed 180-degree lake views from the expansive main living space and a stunning 800 sqrft covered wrap-around deck, this is sure to be your new favorite summer or winter getaway! The home is equipped with memory foam mattresses on each bed, 4 Smart TVs, fiber internet, washer/dryer, walkout basement, ping pong, boat/toy parking, a huge open concept great room with seating for large groups and a fully stocked modern kitchen. Killer location right off of Hwy 89 with no neighbors and easy access year round.
After a day of exploration or hanging at the beach, relax on the huge deck or stream a movie on the 65” 4k Smart TV in the great room while you stay cozy with the gas fireplace. Play ping pong in the lower level where 2 additional smart TVs are available or step outside for a game of cornhole. The modern kitchen has everything you want to make delicious meals at home and the brand new Weber BBQ will satisfy whatever is on the menu. Kids will love the bunk beds, Cornhole, Jenga, Bocce Ball, board games and animal themed rooms. The property is equipped with high speed fiber internet, making streaming and work from home a breeze.
In each of the bedrooms, discover ample space, tasteful decorations, and soft bedding with comfortable memory foam mattresses. The additional living area downstairs is equipped with a 55” smart TV, full-size refrigerator, kitchenette, ping pong, and office space - comfortably entertaining multiple families or groups. The deck and lower level walk-out feature plenty of outdoor seating and dining and there is even an outdoor shower in the lower level to rinse off after a day at the beach.
Plenty of parking with accommodations for up to 5 vehicles. Electric vehicle charging port as well as an RV hookup for extra guests (additional fee applies for RVs). Boat parking is also available during your stay with prior approval.
The location is perfect for access to Bear Lake Marina, North Beach State Park, Minnetonka Cave, Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, and so much more. The property is situated on over 6 acres of natural land on the west side of Hwy 89 with easy year-round access.

Amazing views!
We booked this last minute on a whim. The property was everything it advertised. The owner accommodated a later checkout so we could enjoy the lake another day. The home has 180* views of the lake from the open great room/kitchen/dining area. The beds were all comfortable but the porch was my favorite part! Views for days. The checkout requirements were so simple. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation
Our trip was great and we will definitely stay here again. The home was nice and new, super clean and it was great to have some peace and quite away from the crowds! The kids had a blast. We would highly recommend this place for your next family vacation!

Nice Getaway
This home is beautiful with a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting in the porch and watching boats on the lake. The kitchen and great room was large and spacious for all 21 of us. It is in a great location. Just a few minutes to North Beach or the Marina for boat rentals. And I would definitely recommend this home for anyone.

Beautiful home in a great location!
We had such a fun weekend in Bear Lake. This home was perfect for our group. It sits in between Garden City and the North Beach. The views were breath taking. The hosts of the property were super friendly and accommodating. We had a couple special requests and they were great to work with. The were quick to answer both texts and calls. We will definitely be coming back to the Belle of Bear Lake!! Thank you!

Fantastic Property, Location, and Host!
We booked the Belle of Bear Lake for the July 4th full week for a family reunion on my wife's side of the family. Nicole is the owner / host and she and her husband were fantastic. They let us check in early and check out late and were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We had 14 people in total - 4 couples and 6 kids. 3 of the kids were 19-23 year old girls and 3 were 12-17 year old boys. We rented boats on Bear Lake 2 days - the boys and girls (and some parents!) loved tubing and even on July 4th is felt like this 109 square mile beautiful alpine lake was empty! This place is truly not crowded and almost undiscovered for its size. The minute we walked in the house, you could tell it was BRAND NEW. It was built in 2022 and just finished as you could smell new lumber, etc. Everything was spotless and it was a great feeling to know you were the first people to use something in the house. What we liked most about this house is the design of the great room - there are very few houses on Bear Lake where you can truly and comfortably have 14 people eat and hang out in the great room! The A/C worked great for those few hot day in the 80s and the WiFi delivered 100MB speedtest almost everywhere which was perfect for those of us who had to do some work and those young boys who live on their phones and tablets at night! The big Samsung TV in the great room and awesome Soundbar let us watch Wimbledon, Netflix, the Bachelorette, and stream all our Spotify, etc!

Great house and location!
We have stayed here a couple times now and absolutely love it. The views are beautiful anytime of year (we have stayed in winter and spring) and the house is perfect. We were able to use the triple sliding doors that opened onto the deck this time as the weather was nice. There is a great BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating and games. My family loved playing ping pong in the basement while watching Netflix. Overall great experience and we will keep coming back.

Loved it!
We treated ourselves to this nice vacation home for a snowmobiling trip and we are so glad we did! We were a bit hesitant at first due to the small number of reviews, but we were clearly one of the very first people to stay at this newly built home. The homeowners definitely put a lot of thought and love into the build and design and it shows. The home is perched on the hill that brings in a lot of nice natural light and views of north beach and way down south. Comfy beds and couches. Bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. We did end up using one of the pull out chairs in the upstairs bedrooms which was perfect for our 9 year old-I wouldn’t recommend this for an adult. They didn’t have any outdoor furniture yet, which was fine for us since it was snowy when we stayed. The owner did let us know they were adding furniture in the next couple months for spring/summer which will be a nice addition. This is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

Awesome location and views!
We absolutely loved staying at this property. The home is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to cook, visit, and relax. We skied Beaver Mountain while we stayed and it was fantastic to come home tired each night and crash. The easy access off the Hwy was also definitely a huge plus since it snowed a bunch while we were there. The views are killer from every room and we also really appreciated the solar blinds to block out any unwanted light in the mornings. There are no neighbors and lots of land which made the trip even more relaxing. I am sure the views during the summer months will be amazing as well. Thank you!

Unforgettable Family Getaway with Spectacular Views and Cozy Amenities
My family and I had a chance to stay at this property during the winter and it was an amazing experience. The views are spectacular and the natural light the flows into the main room makes it hard to feel anything but joyous. The hosts were great and gave my family ideas of where to rent snowmobiles during our stay. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed that there was a TV in the basement and in the main room so adults and kids could have their separate spaces. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Only piece of feedback is that we would have liked more game options or toys for kids to play with-but everything else was perfect and we will be back!
