My recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, things were disappointing. There was no water in the hand basin, and the air-conditioning in the room was broken (not cooling as it should), making it uncomfortable to sleep. The overall condition of the room was far from what was advertised online.
The service was even more upsetting. The reception staff, Shiyaaz and Simon, were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we raised concerns about our 4:30am airport transfer—which did not leave until nearly 5:00am—Simon began shouting at us instead of assisting. It was shocking and unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to provide proper customer service training.
To make matters worse, we were charged $40 for a third towel that was already in the room when we arrived. They accused us of staining it, despite it being on the floor upon entry. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
