«We stayed for three nights at Ryan's condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. We enjoyed Textile, Millwork Gelato, and Fuse. Just an fyi-there is a bit of a walk down the hallway to the condo. And yes, there is a train right by the windows, but we made friends with it and thought it was pretty cool.»

«The condo was very comfortable and clean. The posting on VRBO did not mention the railroad track running directly by the property. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night. We stayed one night and for the price we paid, we did not expect to have to clean the condo before we left. Total cost ended being double the posted price and we were threatened with additional fees if we did not clean up. It just seemed hostile for the price we paid.»

«This had everything we wanted. Walking to local restaurants, close to attractions, and space. We were in town for a baseball tournament so it was nice to be able to wash uniforms, relax during rain delays, and be close to all the ball fields. The apartment was clean and bright. Communication with the host was great. We were worried about parking the first night, but it didn't seem to be a problem throughout the weekend. The only downside, the coffee shop in town was closed for the weekend and ...

«We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!»

«We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Stone House with so much history behind it! The countryside is absolutely breathtaking. Colesburg has a Tavern with great food and the locally owned gas station has a variety of homemade food and local locker meats and cheeses. We enjoyed the simple quite atmosphere and felt rejuvenated when we left. Will definitely be back!!!»
