Korkunç… Odaya girdiğimizde çarşafların değiştirilmediği kokusundan belliydi. Ama zaten 1 gece kalacaktık ve idare ederiz dedik. Fakat 21.30dan 23.00e kadar inşaat ustasının çalışmasını ve fayansları değiştirmelerini bekledik. Yarım saatte bir resepsiyonla gidip konuşmama rağmen ustaların çalışmaları bitmedi ve berber bir gece geçirdik. Eğer burada kalacaksanız gidin 3-5 tane daha bira için ve denize karşı güzel bir bankta sızın :) en azından sokakta kalmayı deneyimlemiş olursunuz…

Our stay at the Reis Hotel was amazing! As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. The hotel was located in a great central area, everything was very close. The breakfast received the next morning was one of the best breakfasts we received on our trip. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fethiye, we will definitely be back soon.

Fantastic Stay

The staffs were friendly always with out a lovely smile. Particularly, the gentleman called Murat at the breakfast bar, he was warm, friendly and attentive to guests needs. Great location, as it is central to fethiye marine and old town, which is brilliant for food and local culture

The room was not clean at all, with a bad smell and high humidity. There was hair in the bathroom and jacuzzi, and it seemed like the rooms were never properly cleaned. I did not feel safe staying there. The breakfast was also poor, and overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. I would like to request a refund for my stay.

New hotel Reis Royal in Fethiye

This is a lovely hotel with an amazing rooftop restaurant with spectacular views of the harbour in Fethiye...The lady on reception was totally lovely so friendly and spoke great English, my only complaint about this hotel was the size of the room we were assigned and the bathroom was designed as a wet room which is not my favourite type of bathroom because of all the water with nowhere to go once you have taken a shower...

Arkadaşımla tatil yapmak icin bu oteli seçtik . Konum olarak çok iyiyi , Marina, pazar , marketler, restoranlar yürüme mesafesinde, fakat bir otel olarak , odada bazı şeyler eksikti, diş mahcun , fırca ve sabun için koyulacak bir şey yoktu, denizden geldiğimizde ışlak mayo , havlu , kurutucak da askı, asıcı da yoktu , dolap askıları dışında . Terasa asılacgını söyledi otel çalışanınıa sordugumuzda , terassa çıktığımızda asılacak bi şey bulamadık . Oda özeliklerinde kaliteli nefresim takım olarak biliniyordu , gerçekte , normal düz çarşaf , yastık ve pike. Yataklar standart ,yüksek değil ve dolap ici baya tozdu, eşya yerleşirirken mendille sildik . Sabahları sadece kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor, her gün aynı , pek çeşitli ve seçili degildi ,ne meyve ne de bol yeşilik, tabağımızda tomatesler pek yikanmadan geliyorlardı , geri yıkanmasını istiyorduk . Genel olarak fena degildi konaklmamız , otel personelleri iyiyiler güler yüzlü , bilmediğiniz bazı konularda yardımcı oluyorlardı . Teşekkür ederiz 🙏

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The entire experience was horrible. We (regrettably) booked a four-night stay here. Upon entering our first room, we noticed a very strong smell of meat. We asked the staff about this and they explained that they had left the balcony doors open and the smell is quite common because there is a gyro restaurant directly below the hotel. It’s also in a terribly noisy area and the doors do nothing to silence the chaos from the street below. The next morning, we noticed that the toilet would not flush and the sink was not draining. So, we communicated this with the front desk and headed to our excursion for the day. Arriving back at the hotel, we found that all of our belongings had been moved to a different room (without our permission) and at least two expensive articles of clothing were missing from our hastily packed luggage. When asking the staff about this, they simply said that they didn’t see them. We requested to search the original room for them, and they were nowhere to be found. No solutions or apologies offered. SO frustrating! In our new room, we were welcomed by constantly chirping crickets and a giant cockroach. On night two, our air conditioning completely stopped working. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is - PLEASE look elsewhere. This hotel is not the place to stay.

Kjempefint hotell!

Kjempefint hotell! Hyggelige, hjelpsomme ansatte. Stilig og praktisk rom. Flott takterrasse med restaurant. Frokosten som på mye dyrere hotell. Vi hadde bil, og det var ikke mulig å parkere på hotellets område, men det var en rimelig parkeringsplass like ved, så det var ikke noe problem.

In the beginning they give me another room cheaper that the room that I paid, later I told them and they change the room. Internet doesn’t work and I found a cockroach in the room. The personal was unfriendly.

Stuffy and incredibly noisy rooms

The rooms look far bigger on the picture than they are in reality. We booked this hotel because the rooms appear spacious, but the room we stayed in was small and stuffy. There is an incredible amount of noise coming from the street that you can hear very clearly in the room and continues until deep into the night, I was not able to sleep due to the sounds of loud Turkish music until 3am in the morning. The breakfast that is not buffet style (like most Turkish breakfast is) but a small plate with a only a few pieces of food, it was one of the worst Turkish breakfast I've had in my 2 months in Turkey so far. We ordered a Turkish coffee but instead they served what appeared to be instant Nescafe coffee. There is this weird mirror in the room that is see-through, so while you are on the toilet your partner could be standing in front of the mirror and see everything that is going on. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We would not recommend this hotel.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Jeden Tag wurde sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich und meine Frau würden es jedem empfehlen.

Great location right next to marina. When I was checking the hotel, Expedia showed that there is laundry facility in the hotel, and parking as well. When we get there, receptionist told us the parking is on the streets, which is center of Fethiye, so there is super busy roads and hard to find parking. Be aware. Also been told that laundry is not in the hotel, it’s onsite somewhere. We ended up paying almost 25$( 180 Turkish lira) for laundry, which is high price for That location. I Chose the hotel specifically with laundry facility( since we had road trip around Turkey), but wrong amenities descriptions. Be aware too. Rooms are cleaned, big and nice. Had to change room because of big roaches in the room ( I believe rooms wasn’t used during covid), but was Informed that rooms was recently sprayed. Not a bid deal. Overall parking and laundry was the problem.

В номере на двоих с двуспальной кроватью почему-то один комплект полотенец, один халат, но зато два комплекта тапочек - так всё-таки на скольких гостей рассчитан номер? Фен, холодильник, телевизор не работал, одно окно не закрывалось т.к. поломана ручка. В урне был мусор от предыдущих гостей. В ванной остатки геля для душа и шампуня вероятно от предыдущих гостей. "Дизайнерское" решение со стеклом в ванной комнате просто поразило. Если один человек моется в душе и у него включён свет, а второй находится в комнате и у него свет выключен или менее яркий, то видно всё что происходит в ванной, т.е. можно подглядывать ))) А приколы со 100500 выключателями света и разных подсветок просто выбесили. Когда надо просто включить свет в ванной, то мне надо включать какой-то общий свет везде и потом только можно будет включить свет в ванной вместе с дребезжащей вытяжкой. Уж лучше сделать всё просто, но пусть оно хотя бы работает и будет понятным. Надо быть, а не казаться.

Очень посредственный и совсем не уютный отель. Не соответствует своей стоимости. Единственное, что можно отметить - это хороший вид с террасы на завтраке.
