Ferdig til en høy kvalitet med privat hage og basseng, er denne villaen et must for en avslappende familieferie. Med fem soverom tre bad er det flott for familier eller par som ønsker å dele. Ropetackle villa er en fem-roms eiendom satt i sin egen eiendom med basseng og BBQ. Vi har også WiFi tilgjengelig på villaen I et rolig sted, men nær alle fasiliteter er denne eiendommen ideell for alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie.
En vakker luksusvilla som ligger ved foten av Babadag-fjellet og også havutsikt. Med bil ligger vi 4 minutter fra Oludeniz strand og berømte blå lagune og naturreservat. 5 minutter fra livlige Hisaronu og 10 minutter til Fethiye og Marina

Family Holiday

Overall the property was as described. Check in, check out and communication with host was excellent. The bedrooms and bathroom:- all great sizes and plenty of room for our party of 9. The towels , bath mats and tea towels could do with updating.The kitchen area was functional for what we used it for (breakfast and lunch). Didn't use the lounge are.The pool was lovely and clean, and was cleaned every day. The Garden area was a let down for us. We spent 95 percent of our holiday outside and couldn't use half of it as it was soil... that when wet turned muddy and left mud prints around the pool. So we moved the sun loungers and sunbathed on the patio area. This could easily be improved with some grass, pavers or even stoning the area like the other corner of the garden. Overall a lovely stay in an area that is quiet but a short stroll down hill into town.

Absolutely Brilliant!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Onur’s house. We were a group of 6 ( 2 adults and 4 kids ages 11, 12, 13 and 15). Everyone had their own air conditioned bedroom. The kitchen is we equipped but we didn’t bother cooking. The fridge and freezer are huge and brilliant for big families. The owner supplied us with a water cooler on the kitchen which we needed to have refilled during our stay. A quick call to the local company who refills them and they came out straight away and charged us a couple of pounds. All so simple and easy. Onur had arranged for our pick up from the airport which was faultless. Then we met his colleague at the house who showed us around and explained everything, even though it was late at night. The pool was amazing. My partner - who is extremely fussy about swimming pools - described it as magic! It’s refills itself, stays cool even during the heatwave. A pool cleaner came every morning before we got up to ensure it stayed clean and the water clear. There are plenty of loungers and different shady places to sit when the sun hits that area around the pool. The air con in the house was perfect. We all loved staying here. It’s in a great location too. It’s easy to call a taxi from outside of the house. There are these little yellow boxes attached to trees or lampposts which you press to call a taxi. So convenient. 15 min into centre of Oludeniz. Or a nice 15 min walk into the nearby village where we ate several times.

Slightly disappointing.

The property was in a good location and all rooms were a good size for our party of 10. However, the fixtures and fittings were all a bit 'tired' and the villa as a whole could do with a bit of re-fresh. The condition of one of the showers was very poor, making it difficult for those using it. It perhaps could do with being replaced. The pool was great. A good size and kept nice and clean. Whilst the garden was also a good size, it was disappointing that it was poorly maintained and was in need of some care and attention. We were very disappointed in the condition of the garden furniture and in particular, the sun loungers and umbrellas. Several were broken and not to the standard that we expected and certainly not in the condition shown in the photo's on the HomeAway website. Overall a nice villa in a nice location but it's a bit tired looking and needs a little work on it to bring it back up to the standard that it portrays.

Perfect villa for a large group in an ideal location

From the outset communication was helpful with Onur. Murat took over before arrival and nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful villa in a perfect location. Great facilities for a mixed age grouping whether you have a gaming enthusiast or a gym bunny. That said the weather, pool and ample lounging and seating ensured the days were spent outside. The villa was well kitted out with kitchen appliances and crockery, glasses etc. Two washing machines with a great 15 min quick wash. There was a great taxi service either by the exec service or a convenient call button outside the villa, ingenious, and these were dotted everywhere around the streets. The villa was in walking distance of local bars/restaurants or a little further (10 mins) for the main street into Hisaronu or a short taxi to Olu Deniz or Fethiye. I’d highly recommend this villa had all you need and more. Thank you Onur and Murat

Beyond our expectations

Fantastic holiday villa. Loads of space , we had 7 adults and 1 child. Loads of bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The whole place just felt easy to use. Murat, our property manager greeted us, even though it was 4am, he gave us all information needed throughout the holiday. They have a water cooler in the apartment to drink from which was a godsend. You are up the hill but we took the advice of other reviewers and just got a taxi back whenever returning to the villa, it was literally £2 each time. The advantage of being up the hill is you get a gorgeous breeze when by the pool. There are plenty of places to sit in the shade if you prefer. I would recommend to anyone to stay here, we will definitely be back.

Really pleased!

9 of us stayed in this villa, having stayed in the neighbouring villa a few years prior. We were really pleased. The pool was always clean and Onur and Murat were so helpful. Hopefully we can come again soon!

The perfect house in a perfect area

We were very comfortable in the house. It was in a perfect area with views all around the house. We never met Onur but he made sure we had people taking care of us our whole vacation. Onurs partner that helped us with everything was of great company! Onur made sure, through text, that we arrived safely and even helped us with booking a car days before we arrived. We would definitely book the same house for our next vacation to Fethiye.

Absolutely amazing villa! Couldn't ask for anything different! Great sized pool too!

Myself and my partner have come to turkey a few times now to visit family and we have always fallen in love every time! We brought our 7 friends out this time and had an absolutely amazing holiday, couldn't fault it one bit! Definitely reccomend to anyone wanting to holiday in turkey! Perfect distance from everything you need, beautiful views, and of course Ozzy who helped us with everything we needed! Thankyou very much! We will definitely come again!😆😆

Lovey villa, great location

Just returned from Turkey and felt compelled to write a review. As others have said, the pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa itself is set in an ideal location just a short walk downhill from Hisouranu and is fitted out with all the utilities you would expect to find. Hisouranu is full of lovely welcoming restaurants, we especially liked the Turkish Ivy which is in the heart of the strip and 3 Cheers which is located in Ovacik - both are well worth a visit. There are local bars within spitting distance from the villa, which are ok, if you want a quick change of scenery and a light lunch. If you want to venture a bit further, Oludeniz is a 10 minute cab ride which will cost you about £7 each way - Billy's beach in the blue lagoon is well worth a visit too, as is Buzz Bar for beautiful food and cocktails with stunning views across the beach, whilst watching the numerous paragliders descend from the mountains above. Our transfers, which were arranged by the owner were fantastic and punctual for collection and departure. On arrival, which was at 3am, we were met by Ozzie. Nothing was too much for him during our stay and often came and checked on us to ensure all our needs were being met. The villa comfortably housed 9 of us across 4 floors and the pool is adequately sized to accommodate that number. A note on the pool, it is quite deep and is across one level, so not best suited for little ones. On a positive the pool is maintained daily and the villa was also cleaned and bed linen changed midway through our stay. Every room was equipped with A/C which kept the villa cool throughout the day. This was a godsend, as the temperature frequently tipped 100+ degrees during our stay and the kids were able to retreat into the cool air and watch dvds on the numerous tv/DVD players. Can't recommend this villa highly enough, if we return to the same area again with a large party, then I would certainly look to see the availability of this villa and book with confidence. Thanks Onur and Ozzy for helping to make our holiday a fantastic experience.

amazing property we were all really pleased as it really was as good as it looked in the photos

Would highly recommend this property. Communication was good prior to departure and Morat was always available while we were there is anything cropped up. A short up hill walk from town if you don't fancy walking a cab is really quick and cheap. Excellent location and finished to a high standard. Didn't expect it to be as good as it looked on the photos but it really was. Great value for the price only downside was the pool was too cold in October but this did not stop the kids.
