we extended our stay due to itinerary changes, overall experience with that process was great. however, despite upgraded room, some essentials features were not up to par: many non functioning outlets and weird light switch placement. pool ceramic and hallway carpets require make over. only one out four restaurants opened during Ramadan and No Alcohol policy should have been communicated earlier.

It was supposed to be five star but it seems that they are about to sell or have been sold to another company as not much happening in this hotel. The room is old and dated there are coffee cups there but no kettle nor tea bags. The sitting area in the room has lots of brown stains. Bathroom was nice. Pool is great its huge and nice design. What we did not like is the service. We went 30 mins before they close (they closed so early 6pm in Summer time) and wanted to order food but they no longer serve and told us to order in the restaurant. Went there only to be told that they dont serve dinner until another hour. So I thought we will just order room service but they dont want to bring the food at the pool side. Only allowed to eat in the room. Suffice to say we did not enjoy the stay in this hotel.

Tout c était bien passé jusqu’à que j ai appeler room service pour demander des cafés au début ils ont dit après 10 minutes ils m ont appelle et disent qu ils ont pas de machine pour les boissons chaudes sachant que mon mari en remontant de la piscine et en passant à côté du bar il a senti l odeur du thé à la menthe, je veux savoir un hôtel 5* ils ont pas de machine pour les boissons chaudes.

Heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Het zwembad is heerlijk, je krijgt een badhanddoek aangereikt. Het ontbijt is goed, ook fijn dat het tot 10.30 uur is. het enige wat ik miste is vers fruit; Maar dat kochten we later gewoon zelf .

Previously stayed here before but declined since in standard. Check in took over an hour due to inability to process a CC from another country. Rooms required daily asks for items such as towels. Shower leaked whenever used causing dangerous conditions. Sink basin fell hitting foot one morning. 5star maybe once, but not anymore!

Le séjour en soit s’est bien passé. Le problème est au niveau de la réception. L’agent voulais me faire payer la chambre sur place alors que j’avais tout réglé en ligne. Ils étaient sur d’eux et moi de mon côté le retrait n’apparaît pas sur mon compte. C’est que le lendemain qu’il est apparu. Malgré ça ils ont insisté. J’ai du demander un responsable qui régler le problème et ce n’est pas la première fois que ça m’arrive dans cet établissement. Ça gâche un peu l’arrivée et j’avais pas le retrait sur mon relevé ils auront jamais lâché l’affaire.

Un excellent hôtel le personnel est très accueillant tout le monde est au petit soin,la literies est vraiment très confortable les chambres très spacieuse.la dernières nuit nous avons était dérangé par des clients juste au dessus de notre chambre qui n’arrête pas de crier à 1h du matin nous avons appelé la réception et le problème a était résolu en 2 minutes,le petit déjeuner est très bien la seule chose c’est que nous savons pas qu’il fallait demander au serveur les spécialistes marocains qui vous ramène aussitôt,on penser qui il en avait pas alors que non sa serait mieux que se soit direct au buffet.nous reviendrons sans hésitation dans cette hôtel
