Located on the first floor of a 300-year-old Dar, this charming studio apartment is located in the heart of the old Medina of Fez, in the immediate vicinity of Talaa Sghira and local shops, cafes and restaurants.
A few minutes away, you can visit the nearby tannery, the Belghazi Museum in the oldest part of the medina. You will be immersed in the daily life and sounds of the city's craftsmen children playing people transporting goods by caroza or mules...
The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
The accommodation
The apartment is on the first floor of a two-storey house located in a lively area. It comfortably sleeps two people.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a small living room for relaxing or dining, and an office area. The tiled bathroom has a shower, a European toilet and a sink.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meal. If you fancy a traditional home-cooked meal, we can arrange a home cooking lesson with the lovely Fatima.
The terrace has beautiful views and is equipped with a table and chairs to relax in.
Traveller access
Make yourself at home, please! We have a no smoking policy inside the house, but you can on the roof terrace.
Wifi is free and we will give you the code once you arrive.
Don't forget to close the door to the terrace and maybe... water the plants? (thank you!)
Other Notes
You can find us in one of the most fascinating corners of the medina, the henna souk, where we run a small shop selling traditional beauty products. (The shop is next to the fountain) we work there in the afternoon from 2pm until late. Come and visit us for a nice cup of mint tea!
