«I chose this hotel for its price. I think it was a little overpriced for the condition of the facility. As there is a no-smoking policy in the building there were quite a few people hanging around the front/side of the building to smoke, which gave it a shady vibe. The staff was nice, the bed was comfy but the room showed wear and tear and could use an update. Ex: the walls were repainted but only in certain areas - meaning if you're going to paint - paint the whole wall, not just the right ...

«We got there late , and we didn't notice the ceiling of the bathroom, until my kid when to the bathroom and dirty water was dripping heavily on his face which was disgusting I bring it up to front desk and ask to cancel my reservation the rooftop was almost falling on us im still waiting for then to refund the rest of my nights ,I did agreed to pay for the first night»

«In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. »

«It was a great stay with one exception. We had an ADA room. The shower floor, which probably was once a very good no-slip surface, was very slippery. If I hadn’t had the safety bars to hold onto the entire time, it could have been interesting. I’m mentioned this at check out. BTW - this isn’t just an issue at this property - it’s happening more and more as we travel. The average hotel could save itself some immense liability issues by simply providing a “Rubbermaid” style mat with suction ...

«The staff was great. The hotel is used mainly as long term housing for low income people. You get what you pay for here. Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book»
