The front den is a bright and peaceful spot to start or end your day, bathed in morning light and ideal for sipping your coffee or enjoying a quiet evening nightcap. Just beyond, the open-concept main floor offers a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a space that is both functional and welcoming.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is thoughtfully designed with an island that invites conversation while preparing snacks or meals. It includes all the essentials, plus oil, salt, pepper, and a taster jar of locally roasted coffee beans to get you started. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats four, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The bright and airy living room is framed by large windows that showcase stunning mountain views. A cozy fireplace and a Smart TV provide the perfect setting to curl up and relax after a day of adventure. For added convenience, a half-bathroom is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring vaulted ceilings, incredible views, and a spacious ensuite with a luxurious soaker tub and walk-in shower. Fluffy towels, locally made hand soap, and a shampoo/body wash combo are provided to enhance your stay.

The two additional bedrooms are bright, spacious, and offer picturesque views. One of the rooms includes a small desk, making it an ideal space for those who need to catch up on a bit of work. Each bedroom is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning for personalized comfort, and all beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. A second full bathroom is also located upstairs, providing additional convenience for guests. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also on this level.

In the summer, watch local outdoor enthusiasts ride by from the front patio or spend hours on the backyard deck, where you can dine, relax, and unwind in the private hot tub. Whether you're soaking after a day of skiing or stargazing on a crisp night, this space is perfect for taking in the beauty of the mountains.

The property includes a spacious driveway with room for two large vehicles, and additional street parking is available.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
