Nytt og flott hotell som består av tre ulike bygninger. Vi bodde i bygningen nærmest bassenget. Smakfullt innredet rom og fint basseng med solstoler og sofaer. For oss fra Norge fungerte ikke innsjekkingsmaskinene, men hotellet har ansatte som hjalp til selv om de ikke har en ordinær resepsjon. I beskrivelsen av hotellet står det "flyplasstransport". Dette viste seg å være lokalbuss (nr 66) og ikke shuttle-buss. Litt langt å gå med mye bagasje. Herfra kan man også ta buss til sentrum, men bussen gikk bare et par ganger i timen om søndagen. Det er en kort spasertur til et område med noen få butikker og restauranter.

Flotte rom. Veldig gode senger. Ikke fleksibilitet i det hele tatt når vi ønsket å bytte dato på oppholdet. Selv om de hadde ledige rom. Personalet har mye å vinne på å være hyggelige og fleksible.

Staff was very accommodating and interested in finding solutions ( as opposed to the usual - sorry, it’s not my job attitude). Dealing with flight delays and other problems, our arrival was after midnight. Although it was outside of the check in window, someone was waiting for us. Parking lot was full but the staff realized the late hour and made arrangements to provide a spot. After a disaster of a travel day, it was a pleasure to arrive at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and just what we needed. Staff was pleasant in the morning at breakfast and everything work as promised - thank you Residence Hotel - fantastic experience !

Very nice. Friendly staff spoke fluent English. Spacious room by Europe standards. Very clean surprised how nice. Elevator didn’t work when we left but stairs are clean well lit and nice. The pool is outdoor pool and closed in feb but that wasn’t important. Kitchenette was cute, clean and stocked with essentials like plates silverware dish soap. Overall it was great.

Not enough options to dine out close to the hotel, however a quick bus ride into Geneva solves this problem. Transports links very close which was convenient. Excellent facilities, can see the Alps which was pleasant to view. 5 stars.

Nice Hotel 5 min away from the Swiss border
Couple getaway. We enjoyed Geneve a lot. The hotel is very well located, 5min away from the swiss border. The hotel is trally confortable, room big and confy!! The only thing I'll point out is that the shower should be renewed, even though its not bad either!!

Beware
The hotel was nice and clean. However we originally booked the 2 bedroom apartment, but upon arrival we were told there was no elevator. Having my 78 year old mother with us, we had to have another room. We were downgraded to a family suite that was much smaller. Nowhere on the website did it state that there wasn't an elevator, which they admitted. We went from a room that was $330 a night to a room that was $186 with no compensation.

Lovely staff, great fun rooms.
Fabulous reception staff who could not do enough for us. Room was very clean except for slight mound smell in the bathroom due to the “tea cup” basin which obviously holds water around table. Otherwise great tea and nespresso coffee and good location with a short walk to the buses. Really nice start to our holiday thanks for having us.

This hotel was great! Our family and I stayed two nights as it was conveniently located near the airport. We had an accessible room, which we requested. The staff accommodated another room for us with no charge and honored our initial reservation. The receptionists were extremely kind and treated us very well. One of them gave us leftover pastries from breakfast and called us a taxi as the Ubers are not reliable. The rooms were large and there was an English BBC channel available. The hotel is also within walking distance to several restaurants and a Carrefour. We ordered a dinner one night from their restaurant, which was delicious. The food was not available our second night, so remember to check on restaurant food availability. We would definitely stay here again!

Chambres jolies, bien décorées. Hôtel bruyant pas insonorisés et avions, parking malheureusement utilisé par d autres visiteurs car pas de portail donc difficulté à trouver une place. Lits pas refaits, pas de café soluble remis. Kitchenette qui est un plus mais pas nettoyée entre 2 nuits .. 20€ de plus pour notre chien, 16€ par personne pour petit déjeuner plus les taxes de séjour .. un peu chérot pour la France .. Profit de l aéroport de Genève pas loin et prix égaux à ceux de la Suisse au final. Bof,bof plutôt déçus.

Hotel is in France side of Geneva, a bit far from Geneva downtown area. A nice hotel with spacious rooms and free parking. You basically need to have a car to stay here when visiting Swiss Geneva.

Lovely hotel with great staff
Great place to stay, rooms were super clean. Kids loved the junior suite. Fully equipped. Staff were super helpful and kind. Shops and places to eat were within 10 mins walk. Airport was about 10 mins on bus. Nice pool and kids sand pit.

Very friendly staff, good and comfortable room. Duplex room had a large bed, sleeper sofa and two upholstered chairs. The two room chairs and hallway carpet need updating or thorough cleaning. Pool area was o.k., but needs some “life”. Little town nearby has a few good food options (Brasserie Voltaire).

Adequate hotel, expensive transportation
The interior of the room was nice and it was comfortable, clean. The exterior needs renovations and upkeep. We had an overnight lay over and this hotel was close. What we didn't know was that it crosses boarders which limited available airport transportation and made it very expensive and hard to get to/from the airport.

There is free movement between the countries so there should be no limit to crossing the boarder, unless there is a control.We hope to welcome you back soon!

Very handy property for an overnight stay if returning rental car to French Sector. Very clean, excellent stay.
