Guests have the entire duplex with private access 🔒 to enjoy their stay to the fullest. You will have access to all the spaces: • the cozy living room 🛋️ • the fully equipped kitchen 🍳 • the two comfortable bedrooms 🛏️ • the functional bathroom 🛁 The entrance is simple and convenient, ideal for a flexible arrival after a day at the beach 🌊 or on the hiking trails🦺. The area also offers nearby parking 🚗, making it easy to get to Étretat, Yport or the surrounding cliffs.

🔑 Key box access: the key box is located at the bottom left of the entrance. The access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

📶 Wi-Fi: available throughout the property. The connection code will be provided upon arrival.

Your arrival is simplified thanks to the flexible check-in, which you can do independently with a secure key box. We adapt to your schedule as much as possible so that your stay starts smoothly.

🚗 It is advisable to come by car so that you can move around the region more easily.

🚪 Departure instructions — Check-out before 10:00 AM

Before leaving the property, please:

🍽️ Wash the dishes and tidy the kitchen
🗑️ Take out all the rubbish and place it in the appropriate recycling bins (note: transparent bags are mandatory). No rubbish should be left inside the property — a flat fee may be charged otherwise.
🛏️ Remove the bed sheets and towels and leave them in a pile in the entrance of the property
🪟 Close all shutters and windows
🌡️ Turn the heating down to a minimum
🔑 Return the keys to the key box and scramble the code after closing
🧳 Do a final check of the property to make sure you haven't left anything behind
⚠️ Please report any issues that occurred during your stay before our cleaning team's check-out inspection
