The property is framed by precious centuries-old olive trees and typical dry stone walls,
softened by a beautiful infinity pool with lawn from which the horizon
is lost in the valley of olive trees and the quiet of the Salento
countryside.
At the back of Trullo Kalupe, there is a shaded patio overlooking the pool, furnished in Mediterranean style, a perfect place for relaxation, dinners and outdoor dining.
From the patio one enters the American-style kitchen equipped and open to the adjacent dining room, which also features a pleasant visual impression of the garden and pool.
 
A hallway furnished with 1 double sofa bed (ideal for children or teens) leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a small bathroom/shower in the room.
Completes the house the second bathroom equipped with both bath and shower.

Trullo Kalupe has the great merit of being located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Valle d`Itria,
the area of Fasano. From here it is possible to have all the services
within 5 km and the sea less than a quarter of an hour by car, such as
the beaches of Savelletri and Capitolo about 10 km away.
Fasano is
an elite village known for its corners of history, millennia-old olive
groves, the beauty of unspoiled nature and the streets of the historic
center all to be discovered.
From Trullo Kalupe you can visit
other renowned towns in the area such as Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina
Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello, as well as the magical Grotte di
Castellana and the nearby Zoo Safari and Fasano Amusement Park, a
must-see attraction for children.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 400, payable on-site.   
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
