Villa Ricchiari is a recently renovated stone farmhouse in a very quiet area, but inhabited a few kilometers from Fasano (BR). The renovation has preserved the characteristic elements such as the star-shaped stone vaults, you will love the choice to build the pool in front of the olive grove where you can admire the summer sunsets. The house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor in the main building. Large kitchen equipped with every comfort and dining area with table in a unique environment.
A staircase on the side of the house leads to the first floor where there is a sitting room with fridge followed by a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower. The windows offer a view of the surrounding countryside. Another newly built annex adjacent to the house, which has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Externally, a large patio, located in front of the pool, houses a table with chairs, a peninsula with induction plate and a wood oven. Relaxation area with sofa and hammock. The pool, measuring 5 x 10 meters, can be used in all seasons thanks to the constant water temperature of 26°C, which ensures ideal comfort all year round. It is equipped with a hydrojet for moments of relaxation and well-being and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun or simply relaxing outdoors. The area is completed by outdoor showers serving the garden, designed to offer convenience and comfort to guests at any time of the year. The swimming pool (5x10 meters) is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor showers for the garden.
Villa Ricchiari is located just 500 m from the famous Via Francigena; in addition, near the structure there are several cycle paths that lead to the sea, passing through majestic olive trees, in about 10 minutes by bike.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €70.00.
