The hotel room was fine, nothing fancy, but it was clean. The reason for the 3star… we chose this hotel for the shuttle service to and from the airport. The day of our shuttle, there was simply a call telling us just that the car won’t start. The guy at the desk gave me a cab number but basically washed his hands and the hotel from it. It should have been taken care of regardless of the cost. Everyone in that area knows the weather and what it could be like, they need a reliable vehicle to get their patrons to the airport if that’s what they are offering. It made for a stressful start of my day that I really didn’t need. This was enough for me to look elsewhere to make sure I have reliable transportation and a vehicle that can support that.
