Liked bathroom; very good water pressure;comfortable bed and quality linens; ease of room entry & controls for turning on lights, A/C & fan; could have cup of tea but didn't enjoy brand of tea; no coffee available. Problem areas: front gate opening - better instructions needed; stayed 2 nights - expected bed to be made up for night 2; no restaurant info in room; unaware airbnb at time of booking.

Beautiful terrace with clothes line. Nice pool on ground floor with exercise equipment. Prompt attention to problem with electricity.

Modernes Zimmer in einer Gated Community. Kleiner Pool und Gym im Hof, dazu eine nette dachterrasse. Manches wirkte noch nicht ganz fertig (Lampen, Steckdosen).

My stay was amazing. No complaints friendly staff and the owner Mr. Alexander is easy to talk to and he does a Welcome call to make sure everything is good!! That will be my second home each time I visit!!!! 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay very much, room has everything we needed. It is very quite, has a nice pool and a rooftop. It also is a good location to visit luminous lagoon, we walked both ways.

Nice place
Nice place. Putting some money into it, so it will stay nice. Neighborhood seems really safe, but there was incredibly loud music coming from the next block until 0230am on sunday morning. The music wasn't playing Sunday night. Housekeeper was very helpful when my code didn't work. Would stay there again.

Dusk on the coast wasn't like in the interior towards the Blue Mountains so the terrace was a good way to chill and watch the sun go down (sans mosquitos). Rooms as advertised, at hotel standards. Soft towels. Nice pool for 1 or 2, otherwise you're hosting a party of 8 in the backyard, games, gym etc. Gated community, the access road is wind-y, not far off the main A3. Cautions:leave nothing sugary on counters. etc. The varieties of ants will find it, and it's on you.

There were 6 suites but only two parking spaces. Sufficient parking should be available if all units should be occupied. The self check-in was pretty easy and the instructions were very clear; that was the only positive. The entrance to the side for suites 1-3 had a pungent odour. The room when we entered also had a moldy scent. We had to open the windows to air out the room. There was no soap in the kitchen and barely enough liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. The terrace, with the chairs and table was also very dusty. It would seem as if it wasn’t cleaned for months. Would not recommend.

Hi Kai, we are so sorry you did not enjoy your 1 night stay with us. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience to all our guest, it seems we have failed your expectations. Our parking facility is limited with only a few parking spaces on site, other parking is available on the road outside the premises. This is advertised in our listing on expedia (limited parking). We are happy your were able to navigate our self check-in process as we do have some guest arriving very late, after midnight, who appreciate being able to check-in themselves. Pungent odor is not a common problem at our facility, our maintenance personnel rectify these problems as they arise. We shampoo our carpets weekly but we are investigating if protocols were skipped. Kitchen soap and bathroom soap are usually available. These amenities are complimentary and readily available upon request as is stipulated in our policies. Our Terrace is a outdoor balcony affected by rain, winds, dust, and natural abuse. We try to keep it clean daily; however, we are currently investigating if protocols pertaining to the cleaning of the Terrace were skipped.We sincerely hope we address your concerns and hope we can be of service in the future if the need arise.

The property was very clean and nice. It’s located in a gated community with 24/7 security. The location is surrounded by tourist attractions and great food.
