The resort is really nice and convenient but the staff in many restaurants and amenities are very rude and nasty as if they don’t want to be there or work. Definitely need to train staff better before hiring. Experienced many bad moments due to the lack of professionalism of the staff. Would not be booking at this resort anymore.

Jamaica is the best hospitality this is why we come here! NOT THIS RESORT, the hospitality was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and rude. Phillip the manager did tried to address my concerns and apologize with a dinner and cake since it was my husbands birthday however it didnt change that the vacation was disappointing. The rooms didn't have adequate towels and wash cloths and when you ask they interview you as if you stole them. Housekeeping checks the status of the room and cleans it later. The whole system is a mess. The people trying to sell you timeshare or the club don't leave you alone even after you ask nicely. The pools were not cleaned during the day there was food in them. Our room grass had marijuana and cigarette clips in the grass. Just not worth it for the price.

We chose this resort strictly from reading the reviews. This was our first time in Jamaica. The resort was amazing, and the landscaping was magnificent. Shout out to those guys that keep the property looking so good. We were in the Privilege Junior Suite. Room 2332 was huge, and the view of the ocean was breath taking. We loved everything about our room except the fridge. Is there a way to make it colder so the drinks will be cold? The water pressure was great, and we had HOT water every day. The food was a hit & miss when it came to flavor. But it's understandable when trying to cook for folks from all over the country. We tried just about every restaurant. We also tried different dishes. Every restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I wish management would talk to the company that provides their fruit because none of it was sweet. We enjoyed all of the entertainment that they provided. The performers were great. Keep up the good work!! The staff needs to monitor the privilege pool area better. There was a swim diaper that was on the ground for the entire three hours. Everywhere else was on point. Travelers, you see what the area looks like when traveling to & from the resort, so try your best to tip the staff members. If we travel back to Jamaica, we will be staying here!

The grounds of the property is absolutely fantastic!! However, it was really uncomfortable being solicited by the staff for “welcome gifts”…the secret is out!! This is a ploy to sell extra packages to the guest and it is uncouth to be approached in this way when you’re just trying to enjoy your time.

Food is lousy except for the Red Snapper. Folks don't come to Jamaica to eat the same thing s they can at home EVERY SINGLE DAY! There needs to be a better variety, less pre-made or factory like food and folks more in-tuned with the culture of Jamaica involved in planning/creating menus. Now, as for the employment culture of the resort...HORRIBLE. It is apparent that management practices power-over and deficit employment strategies are oppressively based in colorism, financial discrimination and misogyny...but most are too busy acting better than to notice or care...it's appalling. But it's a brown nation, sooooooo...you already know!

I have a 3 rating because the resort was not willing to accommodate me due to booking issues. I ended up having to pay an additional $700 to add another guest for 4 nights. Although it was not fully their fault it would have been nice for them to at least try to work with me. Offer some sort of discount especially since this was my first time there. Based on this issue I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Oh plus they do try to sell you a package deal where you pay a lump sum and monthly payments to stay at the resort.. like a timeshare. That was not a good feeling to feel pressured.

Beautiful resort. Lots of dining options and entertainment. Most of the entertainment is from 8PM on. This is not great for families or the adults that go to bed early. It would be nice to watch a show at 8:00 instead of 9:30. We had some key issues and had to have security called twice. It was not a fast process and we waisted 2 hours waiting for them to fix our lock on our last night there. I most likely would not stay here again because of the lock issue we had.

Awful service would not Recommend staying there I asked for room service and they didn’t bring a fork. I got To the premises at noon and they didn’t allow me to check in after 3pm mind you my room was available from the day before ..also to make rsvp to the restaurants was annoying had to wake Up every morning at 8am because the app wasn’t Available… market store is outrages with their prices for a bag of chips 15 dollars and 5 dollars for a Gatorade . If you go to the beach you would have to go to the bar every time you want a drink no waiters only by the pool area but you get lucky if you get service even if you tip .

They do not have a latch or deadbolt on the doors which is a little concerning, but I'm MacGyvered a barricade together for when I slept at night. The pool bar was missing tile across the front so you could see where it is rusting. One of the bartenders at the pool bar tall really skinny was horrible and acted like we were annoying him. Then there was on bartender that was absolutely amazing and was the life of the party. My Jacuzzi on the balcony the stopper was broken so I never got to use it. I paid for privilege status and did not receive privilege services, Moya was great my first 2 days, but the other 3 days service was up to par. My dining experience was hit or miss not all servers were attentive, and my order was messed up on more than one occasion or they would completely just not bring me something.

The overall hotel, staff and the amenities were great aside from the bath which didn’t work as expected for a pre-booked room. Bath panel had some dodgy cosmetic work around it and could use some plumbing service. The panel could be considered a risk for smaller children including my little one. The overall staffing was excellent, warm, helpful, respectful and polite, the hotels best resources. Would go back and subsequently recommend he. The

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ocean Coral Spring Resort. I give it 5stars, but - few things I wish were better/different. Staff was amazing. Overall, I wished for more Jamaican culture on the resort 1) for food, I would have like more options for traditional Jamaican food. The Jamaican grill was good and staff amazing but they close at 4pm. The Red Snapper was a little inconsistent with what they would serve, and the Sugar Cane service was pretty bad. Waited over an hour for food. And the Jamaican corner in the regular dining buffet was always not worth my time. 2) the beach could use some cleaning up. A lot of big rocks and things. It’s hard to walk on and enter the beach barefoot. 3) the disco club: would have like a better selection of drinks. And the music being played was very PC. Felt like I was at Junior prom in high school. I kno how Jamaicans party, and that wasn’t it. Also the live music outside only played for 30mins which was disappointing 4) there was a pan ban performing inside the theater, which I thought was amazing. But, that is lively music, and should definitely be played outside so we can all dance and enjoy the music how it’s suppose to be enjoyed.

We liked everything about the property from the food to entertainment. Also the staff here are so nice and friendly they made sure we were all set. 10/10 experience! would recommend to anyone!
