«This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced so far.
The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. She was genuinely friendly, and we appreciated that the hotel also allowed us to park our car freely. The surroundings outside the hotel offer fairly nice mountain views as ...
