The staircase is retractable. The house is close to the greenway and climbing sites like Mont Myrrha. Canoe and kayak bases are about 15–20 minutes away. Beautiful hikes await nearby, including La Roche d’Oëtre, Clécy, La Brèche au Diable, and Les Pierres Plates at Lac de Rabodanges. The property is only 20 minutes from Caen and 5 minutes from the main road. Supermarkets are 3 minutes away by car, and the town center is just 5 minutes.



The cottage is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. Bed linen, towels, dishcloths, dish soap, spices, sugar, coffee pods, and tea are provided for your comfort.



A travel cot can be provided on request. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and explore the area easily on foot or by bike. Shops, restaurants, and cafés in the town center are just a short walk away.



This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included for a comfortable stay.
