The lower level has another large living space with a large screen tv and plenty of space for everyone. And then there is the game room with pool, arcade games and more! Out on the patio, you'll find the hot tub, an outdoor gas fireplace to enjoy the cool mountain nights and don't forget about the waterfall with the serene sounds that will be sure to wash over you. you can also meander down to the community Pond and fire pit to toast some s'mores and share stories.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a private and quiet community.Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
