The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 8.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies. We also don't provide the gas for the grill, but there's a propane tank on the property that guests may fill for their use.
