The lady at the front desk was super friendly, and accommodating. But the hotel itself was so smelly. We made our way up to our floor and the whole hallway stunk like cigarettes and body odor. We were not surprised to find our room had the same smells. My husband noticed our toilet was clogged right away, as well, before we even used it. I lifted up the sheets on the bed and the mattress was COVERED in blood/puke looking stains.. It was so gross I was terrified to sleep there. The walls were so thin, and our neighbors were loud as heck slamming doors, stomping around. One person sounded like they were banging on the walls the majority of the night. The pool was also under “renovation” so we couldn’t even use it. The complimentary breakfast was okay, it was super sad and bland but it was edible. We ended up cancelling our stay after one night, we got a MUCH better, and clean, room at The Hampton Vallejo. Do not stay here.

We love staying here when we come down to watch our son play baseball for Solano College. It is affordable but doesn't lack in quality. the elevator was out this last visit which made it hard to haul luggage and a cooler up 3 flights of stairs but with the price it was doable.

There was an insufficient supply of hot water when we have rontake a shower. When a number of guests seem to be using the hot water at the same time, you will suddenly just have cold water (when taking a bath).

Meh.
Furniture was torn and old. Bathroom floor was dirty. The hotel is undergoing some construction updates; but so far, still falls short. The free breakfast was sub par. Sausage was dry and shriveled. Not many choices. The front desk clerk on the night we checked in seemed unenthusiastic and put out that he had to take the time to help us.

Overall good
The hotel is nice and clean. Beds are confortable. House keeping is neat. The only problem was the noise level on the next door that drove us crazy. We called receptionist 3 times and they reach to guests. My reservation was for a King Size and the front desk gave me two queens instead. Breakfast is good and plenty

Great little location for business travel. Great rate, clean and quiet. Free breakfast (yeah) with several options, free coffee (double yeah), and serviceable little fitness center. Wifi was awful however.

We were given a handicap room. I went to the front desk and asked if we could have a different room so we weren’t taking a room for someone who needed the handicap accessibility. The furniture was all banged up. The carpet was torn. If I was wearing heels, or if I was a handicap person or a walker, I would have snagged the torn up carpet and fallen and gotten hurt.
