This property was just what we needed and had a really great selection of kitchen tools, including a crockpot. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. The thermostat could use some instructions as there is a schedule you have to program or the temp will default back to whatever the last person set which in our case was 64 degrees. There’s plenty of parking and it’s a quiet neighborhood with a small playground just down the street. If you have small kids (we had a 1 and 3 year old), be prepared to keep a very close eye on them as there are a lot of things at their level that they shouldn’t be messing with - fireplace, gaming systems, trinkets. Overall we loved the property and I would stay there again.

Wow! We had a wonderful time at this house. It made the perfect place to relax after a few days of sightseeing. Everything was comfortable and clean. And there was plenty of room for the whole family (mama, daddy, 1 kid, 2 teens and grandparents) to spread out. My kids LOVED the NES throwback AND the Wii (Kirby for the WIN!). The bedrooms were a bit on the small size, but they worked. And I was happy to find a house with 2 bathrooms. The back yard was lovely, although we didn't get much time to hang out back there. My youngest and I were disappointed that we couldn't get down to the creek to play.The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Nothing super fancy, but we felt very comfortable being there. And there is a small playground at the end of the street.My biggest complaint is now my kids are asking for a dart board for Christmas! (They didn't realize how good mama was at that game!) :) I did send a question to the owners via Vrbo asking a few questions beforehand that were never answered, however, once the check-in information was texted to me (the day before) all other questions were answered in a very timely manner, and the owners were very nice in their responses. Oh, and my kids liked the map in the front room and reading through the guest book.Overall, they are all asking to go back to Ohio to visit and this house in top of the list to stay again. Thank you so very much.

We chose this property mainly for it's location to the Champion Center Arena in Springfield and the amount of bedrooms it offered. The house was beautiful, the online photos were extremely accurate, much larger than anticipated. Well stocked very clean would highly recommend if you are in need of a place to stay in that area. The beds were very comfortable and the showers offered tons of hot water for a large group.

Yoga Retreat
I came to Yellow Springs to attend a yoga retreat with friends. The house was perfect- nice extras- fire pit, quiet backyard, tea and coffee station, spices, condiments, games…. The blow drier was broken and when I mentioned it to the owner he thanked me for letting him know so he could replace it. Beds and pillows were super comfy.

50th Little League World Series Reunion

A Great Home Away From Home
We visited Ohio for a wedding and opted to stay in a home rather than the local Marriott. I am so glad we did! We spent each night gathered in the game room talking, playing and watching movies. Each morning started with a family breakfast and I was able to cook. We absolutely loved the home, the yard, the neighborhood.... everything. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay!
The house is super clean and fully stocked and wonderful! We were traveling to visit family with our 4 year old and LOVED the bunk room, game room and games (husband did too). Highly recommend and the hosts were super proactive in the communication ahead of check in. Cannot say enough good things about our stay!

Quiet neighborhood that trains your relaxation response. We enjoyed the dedicated office, cozy sitting room, and the entertainment center. Fully appointed kitchen made it like a home away from home. Location strikes a nice balance between being far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing while also being close enough to be convenient. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Stay in a Picture-Perfect Home
Our recent stay at this rental was nothing short of exceptional. The home accommodated six adults comfortably, exuding warmth and cleanliness throughout. Notably, the well-functioning grill added to the charm, and the electronic dartboard provided lots of competitive fun.
The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for walking, contributing to an overall atmosphere of comfort and tranquility.
The highlight, however, was the host's exceptional communication, which enhanced our stay significantly. Quick to respond and incredibly helpful, they added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience.
In short, for a perfect balance of homely comfort and professional management, we highly recommend this rental. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the functionality & cleanliness of the house and the exceptional hospitality of the host.

Beautiful property
The pictures are great but don't even convey how lovely this home is. The owners are incredibly thoughtful and have stocked the home with necessities and things needed in an emergency (sewing kit). It was so comfortable for our family. We'd definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
