Cosy comfortable home in beautiful Alaska
Our stay at this stunning home by the Chena River was truly enjoyable. Tera, our host, was excellent and very responsive to our needs. The house was equipped with everything necessary for children, such as a high chair, car seat, and booster, which made our trip hassle-free. Additionally, Tera was accommodating with our late check-out request. The house was impeccably clean, warm, and cozy, providing a comfortable experience. The breathtaking views of the Chena River were absolutely fantastic. Moreover, we were conveniently located near many of the activities we had planned to do. We will be really happy to recommend this home to anyone visiting Fairbanks and will definitely stay here whenever we visit again.

Great Views
The views of the Chena River are fantastic even in the winter! You are tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, that is still within a very short drive to many things in town. There is a lot of stairs if you are someone that does not want to deal with them, they did not bother us but something to note. Tera was quick to respond when we had questions and the house was warm, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this house in the future!

Christmas Fun
My family stayed over Christmas, including my 5yo grandson. I had a special request and asked the owner if they could provide a Christmas tree since we were traveling from south Texas, and really couldn’t pack one! We walked in, and there was a lovely little tree all lit with ornaments! My grandson lost it, and was so excited!! We were so grateful! The property is giant with three bedrooms and two bathrooms where everyone can stretch out. The deck looks right over the river and I mean right over the river. The communication with the owners was swift and kind. We loved it so much. We are already planning on going back. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas! Five stars all the way.

Would stay here again!
I loved our river view complete with otter and bald eagle. It was breathtaking. It was a great stay for two couples. We loved not being in a hotel. You do hear planes coming and going but it is not often. We were close to a lot of things in town but a lot was closed because we went during the off season. We still loved our stay. Our host was great.

Awesome experience
Manager was quick to respond, very helpful. Facilities were clean and stocked with some unexpected extras such as breakfast bars, extra toilet paper, shampoo and much more. My group of 6 felt comfortable and safe and I would stay here again in a minute. Thank you for an excellent experience. We even saw the northern lights from our deck on the first night!! Awesome!!

Clean and convenient location
The North Shore unit was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and felt like home! The view was fabulous and we watched kayaks and boats go down the river! It was nice to have bottled water, coffee and snacks waiting for us! If we ever get to visit Fairbanks again we will definitely try to rent this place again!!

This was a great property. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Very clean and thoughtfully organized. Lots of steps but it didn't matter to us. We appreciated the coffee and water.

The property was well equipped and lots of amenities were waiting for us when we arrived. A quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck overlooking the Chena River. Easy access to the city and getting there was great.

Awesome place, great location
Perfect for three couples, but easily could hold more people. Close to airport, beautiful patio to watch Chena River. Washer/dryer was super helpful. Bottled water in refrigerator was nice. Would stay here again. Note: beds were high off the ground for height challenged people

The property was amazing, right on the Chena River, very scenic. The house was comfortable and clean. The property owners were very gracious in providing coffee, snacks and condiments. We arrived late in the evening, not having to go to the store to get these items was so helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who visits Fairbanks. Hoping to be able to come back someday to visit the area and enjoy the property again.

We loved the deck and view of the river. It was "close" to the airport and highway and there was a fair amount of traffic noise, but overall a pleasant experience. We would have liked a couple of chairs in the bedrooms.

Perfect for an Alaska trip
Absolutely perfect for a group of friends coming to Fairbanks to see the Northern Lights. The property is spotless, well stocked, and beautifully located on the Chena River, convenient to everything we were looking to do in Fairbanks (See the Northern Lights, snowmobiling, etc.), close to the airport, easy and quick communication with the host. Perfect.

This is one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in! The is in suburban Fairbanks but sits directly on the Cheena River! The house was very comfortable. Our hosts did a tremendous job stocking the kitchen. We had immediate access to anything we needed!

This house was set up so great for 3 couples! The house had everything we needed. Our view was beautiful being on the water. The owner answered all questions and helped in many ways. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Fairbanks Alaska!

This was by far the best house we stayed at while in Alaska! It was beautiful inside, big with lots of room! We had a gorgeous view of the Chena River. Loved sitting outside in the morning with our coffee! Great location!!

Staying here was great! They have a full kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal, two garage spots that have direct access to the house, and the comfiest beds ever! The home was so clean and well-equipped; it was the most comfortable stay I’ve had at a rental home.

I stayed with a large group of local ladies for a one-night stay. The house was beautiful, impeccably clean. Communication with the host was excellent. Our stay was in December - wish we could have enjoyed the view of the river from the deck, what a nice view! Would stay here again with a big group.

Can not say enough about this unit. I made Diamond Hilton in 1 year so that should tell you how much I travel. This was a perfect break from hotel rooms. David was also amazing. I will stay here everytime I come to Fairbanks.
