«Zak at the front desk went way beyond the call. Got in late on my first day there and the coffee was fresh, but not hot anymore. I asked zak if there was a microwave around since I didn't want them to have to make a fresh pot at that hour. Not only did he take it into the bathroom and he heat it up for me. But when I came back late the next night and he was at the desk, he offered me hot coffee without asking. The building itself as well as the rest of the staff were wonderful.»

«Great hotel in a great location. Close to transport networks and plenty of local amenities within a few minutes. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was comfortable and spacious, everything in the room worked as it should and housekeeping was available every day. The pool area was nice and was well kept and clean. Bassengområdet så helt topp ut, men vi hadde dessverre ikke tid til å bruke det. Dyr frokost om du ikke har det inkludert i prisen!»

«Terrible hotel. Filthy and old, but location is good for cruise passengers. Stay clear. »

«This was my second stay at the Shell Motel, which tells you I had a positive experience the first time. I was recognized upon arrival and both Guy & Pierre are always so friendly and want to make sure I had everything I need. They offer suggestions as to local resources (e.g., groceries, restaurants, where to park, etc). The pool was amazing and housekeeping somehow knew not to disturb me early in the day and then showed up in the afternoon with fresh towels. I’ve grown attached to this little ...

«Heis fungerte ikke annet enn fra resepsjon. Hjalp ikke å ringe ned, måtte gå og kjøre heisen opp selv.»
