Entirely renovated between 2001 and 2011 by our family, the house reflects authenticity and our personal touch. It's a comfortable, warm home that exudes simplicity, where the true luxury lies not in its structure itself, but in its location, its unique and privileged environment.

Built on four levels corresponding to two former farmhouses leaning against each other, each floor has its own external access, allowing everyone to have their own space without disturbing others, thus offering great flexibility for families or groups of friends.

The surroundings of the property are pleasantly wooded and flowered, and the Sépie River located at the bottom of the land will complete your enchantment.
