Welcome to a tranquil retreat only minutes from Byron Bay! Recognized as a standout luxury holiday home in Byron Bay. Adora Villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and serenity for an unforgettable getaway.

Discover paradise on this expansive 2-acre property nestled amidst lush green hills, offering a secluded escape in Ewingsdale while being just a brief 5-minute drive from Byron Bay center. This distinctive residence boasts lofty ceilings, rustic timber beams and floors, comprising two bedrooms (master suite with king bed and second room with two bunk beds), a charming camper with a queen bed (available as an extra charge for $120 on request), a well-equipped kitchen, entertainment amenities like a TV, wifi, and AC, an inviting outdoor deck, a refreshing wading pool, and ample windows for stargazing. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking a stylish Byron Bay luxury holiday accommodation with room to relax and entertain.

Ideal for families or couples seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature. Surrounded by picturesque hills, this enchanting two-bedroom abode provides a haven for unwinding away from the demands of everyday life.

The pool is a beautiful wading pool and is great for kids to splash about safely or adults to have a dip and cool off. Please note the pool is not deep enough to dive or swim laps. An outdoor shower is located by the pool and two pool lounges and large outdoor beanbag.

Aircon units are located in the main living area and in the master bedroom, plus the caravan (which is available to book on request). A washing machine and dishwasher are available in the house along with a TV and wifi.

1 x King Bedroom
1 x Room with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds)

Optional (extra charge required):
1 x Caravan (separate to house) with Queen bed - available for an additional $120 per night (please give us 24 hours notice to have this made up ready for your stay)

Kindly note that the main house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests,. An additional option for guests 7 and 8 guests could stay in the on-site refurbished vintage caravan. Sleeping arrangements in the main house include 4 single beds (bunks) and one king bed.

It is to be noted that the bedrooms are closed off from the living area by a sliding door, and the bunk room plus the bathroom have their own doors; however, the master suite is open to the hallway with no door (but separated from the living room by the sliding door). There are no blinds or curtains in the rooms; however, the property is private and secluded and not visible from the road or neighbours.

Pool:
Fence: external photos show no pool fence; however, a wooden pool fence has been installed around the perimeter of the pool area.
Colour of the pool: there has been wear and tear to the bottom of the pool, and some of the white concrete paint has been removed. The pool is clean and tidy; however, the bottom looks discoloured.
Depth of the pool: The pool is a wading pool and up to waist-deep. Not suitable for diving.

Please note this property is a self-check-in. A caretaker will not be meeting you for an in-person check-in. 

Please note - we are having additional photos of the outdoors taken as the gardens have grown including the trees and bushes and look different than were pictured. The landscaping has matured. The pool is approx 2m by 4m wading pool - great for kids but not suitable for laps or diving. The property is located on 2 beautiful acres with lush green gardens and grass, overlooking cow paddocks. Everything was lovely. The space allowed us to share great meals and the kids had a fantastic time in the pool. Good size for them to play. Beds were really comfy and sheets were clean. Kitchen and towels nice and clean. Thank you very much for providing this space.

The house itself is beautiful with the living space. Kids room for 4 woth 2 built-in bunks is great for kids.It is advertised for up to 8 people, which however is a stretch, as thee is only 2 bathroom/toilet, one of the 3 bedrooms is basically a caravan out in tu garden, that has been refinished but although it has a sink, it’s not connected to the water.The other bedroom is nice, but has no door, no curtains so not privacy.The kitchen is definitely not set up for cooking for 8.Advertised BBQ is not existent.Swimming pool prominently featured in all the fotos is a ridiculously tiny and shallow pool only usable for little kids.We liked th house, but it’s a bit an oversell really. We were 3 families and for that it’s not really that suitable due to lack of privacy and bathrooms.Kids of course had a great time.
