Booked a king accessibility suite due to needing to have room for my family including an infant. I called at 630 to confirm when last check in was I was told midnight without prior arrangements. We arrived at 1030pm and I was told there was no room for me even with my reservation as house keeping did not clean all the rooms before leaving. My husband then went in and was told that they gave the last room away to someone who was not paying. After my husband and the front desk worker called the manager we were able to get a room and was charged the rate I paid through the website. Neither myself or husband were IDed to confirm it was our booking or we were over 21. We were also lied to about why the room was not available. When we got to the room it was 2 queen beds. This would have been fine if we did not have an infant who also needed space in the bed. We were not made aware it was not the room we asked for. After giving up and deciding to deal with it in the morning I was informed they did not sell water bottles. When I did purchase something he loudly announced my room number a few times while a male guest was also in the room. As a young female with an infant this was beyond unsafe and unacceptable for the staff to do. I also asked for a plunger which I had to get from the employee bathroom myself.
