Public lake access is just six minutes down the road via your vehicle. Cozy Fireplace, Tv, beautiful Views , being one of the most beautiful areas on Beaver Lake with many Gorgeous waterfalls flowing into the lake!! We provide 4 kayaks for you & with four luxury yoga mats for you to use In the upstairs lounge or overlooking the gorgeous Mountain View outside on the large exspansive scenic stone patio. No truck , suv, or 4wd required to get here! Can use a car . Just drive to the heart of downtown Eureka springs where you will find an abundance of amazing restaurants, shopping and many outdoors activities! Lots of places to float & swim nearby. If you love fun deco & music, this is the Mountain View cabin for you fully decorated with unique art from around the world, quirky, funny, cat paintings, vibrant musical rugs from Turkey, & a large Cozy lounge space upstairs with scenic window views. Gather Around the Cozy Fireplace & and enjoy the 50’ inch Roku smart tv !!The downstairs is surrounded by scenic glass doors . Enjoy drinks, tapas, coffee or tea at the Beautiful rough cut brazilian quartzite bar in artisan handmade cedar barstools overlooking the Mountain Views! Many ambient chandeliers throughout the cabin offer a unique design. Spacious kitchen & Brazilian bar area is perfect for food layouts while enjoying cooking on the patio that also has many seating areas to enjoy overlooking the mountains. Sunsets are amazing here as well as foggy views! The Mountain View here can’t be beat! Absolutely incredible! Extended stays welcome as we have a large custom built cedar walkin closet to accommodate your luggage . The 8 ft tall modern style privacy wall is gated at every entry offering that extra unique level of privacy for our guests so you can rest assured while inside of the front of the private large property.
If you want the entire property to yourself, you are welcome to book every rental on the property to have the entire retreat to yourself. Please inquire. Great for small ceremonies!! Come take a FREE self guided walk/ tour of our mountain top orchards & gardens when they are in season ! Blueberries, blackberries, Apples, peaches, Fig varieties, small vineyard, apricots, cherries, & pears! A lot of these ripen throughout the entire summer season all the way through fall Apples harvest until fall. You’re welcome to pick whatever you want & eat it, but you do have to be fast & get the fruit before the wildlife. Everyone really enjoys the Mountain views here from the many view decks!The internet works on the property for all rentals. We have had multiple guests stay onsite & work remote jobs using our wifii. They guaranteed us that they had no Issues. You can drive any type of car to the property . Do not need truck or suv. We recommend 4WD when there is snow or ice only. Otherwise you can even drive a small car here as many neighbors only own a small car.. would not bring low sports cars such as a corvette . etc Beaver Lakes swimming, Hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding , Mountain biking , & waterfalls all just 5 minutes down the road.Tons of Shopping, Restaurants, festivals, Art, & Live music nearby in downtown Eureka springs. The pathways , trails, multiple mountain view decks, & campfire ring areas are shared . For code reasons, we do not allow for people to use space heaters in any of the rentals on the property. You will not need to bring your own space heater. Every unit has a very nice fireplace along with extremely adequate higher End mini split heat systems that are on the wall . We can guarantee that you will stay warm and cozy throughout the winter time here and the colder seasons . There are multiple campfire rings for people to use allowing for privacy. There is the creekstone boulder fire ring with benches, a platform deck with cedar rocking chairs down the trail. There is a scenic Mountainview two story treehouse deck that has a hammock & a two person cedar swing with the tree growing through the center! A REAL treehouse deck! Its time to channel your Huckleberry fin out here in the wilderness like your soul has always been calling for! The second level has several chairs, a small table for food or drinks. A small set of stone steps takes you down to the treehouses campfire grilling area with chairs. Come howl at the moon, do some yoga, play some music, enjoy drinks under the starry moonlit night listening to the sounds of nature. The singing summer cicadas , treefrogs, many song birds ,& hoot owls will sing for you! The energy is powerful. The entire property is famously known for its gorgeous ambient magical lighting throughout the property such as ambient string lights, path lights along the trails & artistic glowing lights in the trees to create such a special vibe here at the retreat. Rest assured The water quality here is great!! The Large cabin has a barbecue grill & a large full kitchen. We would strongly advise making a trip to the grocery store on your way to the cabin or at some point during your stay. There are many amazing restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores for you to be able to find something amazing to eat. Please bring your own water if you are particular about water even though I can assure ours is great! There is a very nice Large Fully stocked kitchen, large Fridge and freezer , toaster, microwave, Oven , Keurig and full pot coffee machine . Nestled in Eureka Springs, this delightful cabin boasts 2 cozy bedrooms - one with a full bed and the other with a queen bed, Large lounge space upstairs .Guests can unwind in the charming bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet and hair dryer. Large scenic Mountain view patio With amenities like WiFi, heating, and AC, Electric fireplace, Tv, this amazing retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property front is surrounded by a very tall stylish modern privacy wall to provide an upperscale level of privacy for our guests. This is a shared parking area for guests. Please no trailers as we really cannot accommodate the space. We do have overflow parking. Please inquire if you need an exception. Both GPS and our written instructions will take you directly to the property with no issues as long as you have read everything and can use a GPS system.we have provided written instructions on how to get to the property with several landmarks to be sure you are able to find it without using Google maps . If you get lost you will just need to turn back around and start over and re-follow You can access the property using a small car . You cannot ride a motorcycle on our mountain and gravel road. This is a shared parking area for guests behind the gates.The entire property is gated .The property front is surrounded by very tall stylish modern privacy wall to provide an upperscale level of privacy for our guests. This is a shared parking area for guests . You will be given a gate access code.The property is extremely easy to find we have never had issues with anyone getting lost.. Both GPS and our written instructions will take you directly to the property with no issues as long as you have read everything and can use a GPS system. Sometimes Google is not accurate and so we have provided written instructions on how to get to the property . If you get lost you will just need to turn back around and start over and re-follow the instructions with GPS and you will be just fine. You can access the property using a small car or a truck & you do not need four-wheel-drive to get to the property. 4 wheel drive recommended in winter with any snow or ice. No Low riders such as corvettes . If you find that the propane tank is empty on one of the barbecue grills you are responsible for switching the tank yourself with one of the tanks that will be provided full of gas in Plainview on the property. We provide instructions how to switch out the tanks and it is extremely easy. There are gas gauges on each gas grill showing you how much gas it has in it.No charcoal here please! fire hazard in the mountains.All grills are gas.available via message or phone, not available in person . You will need to be able to open one or both of the gates, depending on your vehicle size to enter the gated area park to park up by the front door area. We have a very nice well taken care of private parking lot.
