A yellow loading zone is also available directly across the street for loading and unloading luggage.
PLEASE READ: The parking lot is located on a neighboring street, which has a small but steep hill when walking back up to the house from the parking lot.

• The balcony on the top floor of the home facing the street is not for use as it is covered in a roofing material that is not suitable for walking on. Not to worry, you still have the other front deck and the back patio!

Our friend group takes a trip together every year, and this year we stayed in Eureka for the Zombie Crawl. The house was great! Hosts are super helpful and responsive, downstairs bathroom rock wall was so cool, easily walkable shopping and food options, AND we watched the Zombie Crawl parade right from our balcony. We had a blast and can’t recommend this property enough! Also thought it was super cool that we were right across the street from the bathhouse. Even learned some fun facts while walking tours passed by lol!

This house is fantastic. The location, historical details, and functionality were outstanding. If you're looking for a great house with a friendly host this in a must. It was easy to find and was super clean. Short walks to shops, restaurants, and bars. Located right on a main street the front porch was perfect for people and car watching. The rooms were spacious and cozy. An amazing kitchen with everything you will need. Two amazing bathrooms that we will talk to everyone about. I can't say enough positive things about this house. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Family Getaway

My brother's family (all adult children) and my husband and I vacationed in the lovely town of Eureka Springs and stayed in this beautiful house. It was the perfect accommodation for 8 adults wanting to explore, shop, eat, and make some memories. The house was so close to everything! We were able to park in the free, provided spaces and walk or take the trolley for the rest of the visit. The house is located across the street from The Palace Bath House (1901) and we enjoyed hearing the guests' ghost experiences (mischevious Rosemary). We also visited the unique antique shop right next door and heard a lot of local lore about the collection and people of the past. One night after a full day, we all hung out on the huge porch into the evening and chatted with those walking by and just had the most relaxing time. The game room provided the perfect spot for our competitive natures with ping pong, pool, and video games. Mist reviews mention the bathroom built into the rock, and it didn't disappoint. The house is complete with all we needed and the history added charm. The beds and each bedroom were so comfy and accommodating. The communication with the owner was timely, helpful, and accurate. No surprises with this rental. We all eight highly recommend this house to add another layer to your travel experience. We will definitely return to Eureka Springs and this house!

Wedding Weekend

We booked this property and the one next door for a truly magical weekend! We were in town with extended family for our son’s wedding. This historical home has been beautifully renovated and offers a wonderful view from the deck. I highly recommend this property and host!

Exactly as Promised!

The house is beautiful and spacious! Love the shower! We stayed during the Volkswagen Festival, and the parade came right down Spring St. We watched the whole thing from the comfort of the balcony! We were minutes away from everything else-shopping, restaurants, live music and bars. It was a great weekend!

The Crows Nest/ Great Location!

The stairs were a challenge for our older family members. The down stairs shower is beautiful, but tricky to turn on. Other than that, its a great place to stay. Comfortable beds and the trolly is nearby. We had a wonderful time together in Eureka Springs.

Friends Getaway!

The Crows Nest House was great! Good location and within walking distance of everything downtown. We were able to take the trolleys anywhere else we wanted to go not in walking distance. The house was very clean and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner in. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms updated. The location is close enough to shopping and restaurants to walk. We parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it the whole weekend. We would definitely rebook!

Fantastic house for gathering with friends or family

My husband and I love a historic house and this one does not disappoint! We gathered with some friends for a "Friendsgiving" Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen is well equipped for food prep, especially with two ovens. There's plenty of space downstairs to gather, play games, or watch movies. All of the guests thought the beds were super comfortable. The property is also within walking distance of anything you could want to do for fun in Eureka Springs. It was great to be able to hop out for some shopping and quickly drop off purchases before heading out for dinner. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wedding stay

We traveled to Eureka Springs for my son's wedding. The home was located just minutes from the wedding venue location. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Both upstairs and downstairs showers we're excellent. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, up a long, steep, narrow staircase.You also have to walk up flights of stone stairs to get to the entrance so if you are physically handicapped, this may be a task for you. Street parking sometimes was a bit of a nightmare with 2 vehicles. But we were able to make it work. Our GPS did get us lost a few times within the city, but we managed.The home does not have a K cup coffee brewer but the host did supply coffee and sugar for the brew coffee maker. The host was extremely quick to respond to messages and was very helpful in arranging our stay.The home itself is very beautiful with activities such as a pool table, ping pong table. And video game machine to play. There were 2 upstairs balconies, If you wish to sit outside and relax above street view. The home is located with a walking distance to many shops and cafes.

We had a wonderful time and made some new good memories. Thank you. Only one comment: It was very dusty under the beds. I only know this because I dropped something, and when I went to pick it up I noticed all the dust under the master bedroom bed.
