Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The common grounds are very well done and the outdoor facilities (pool, fire pit areas, pickle ball, walking trails) are also nicely done. And the towels were AWESOME! A couple of great breakfast places are right across the street.

Air conditioning worked very well, pool was clean with brand new deck, had issues with door and had someone within a minute fixing it, great communication, rooms are bug free, plenty of towels, nice firepit, and 1 minute walk to trolly and food. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary! It was the best experience!!! Beautiful area, the resort had so many fun things for us to do and they brought in a live band in the evening for us to enjoy. They made our experience amazing!!! Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed the clean updated cute rooms.. Our favorite was going for a hike in the morning, stretching on the deck in the woods, getting in the sauna, and ending it with the cold plunge to help our tight muscles. Such a unique experience! Definitely recommend this place!

Great job on the updates/renovations at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!

This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great.They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there.

This is basically a nicely converted motel room. The walls and floors are super thin. The people above us were SO noisy. We were glad we were only there 1 night. The ACcis a wall unit. It’s pretty noisy, and I felt like the room was just kind of damp/humid in general. I thought it was too expensive for the price, and we travel/book a lot.

We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.

Incredible place. The glass mirrored sauna tucked in the forest was totally unexpected. They’ve got really nice walking trails throughout. Only about 5 minutes from town which is super convenient, and there’s a trolley stop right out front. What a hidden gem!

We booked forest springs resort for a long weekend and honestly didn’t want to leave. The property is tucked right into the pines, you feel like you’re away from everything but can still get to downtown for dinner in mins. We spent most afternoon out on the deck with drinks, hitting the sauna in the evening and hanging out by the fireplace at night. If you’re looking for somewhere to actual relax and unplug this is it!

The amenities are great. Pickleball court, sauna, cold plunge, great pool, and hammocks. Fires pits available for camp fires or SMORES. It was not easy to contact staff, as you had to call or text a number. There was not always someone at the help desk. They responded when we texted, but kind of inconvenient. Also, our door/lock needed to be replaced. The electronic door lock was quirky b/c the door was worn and would stick. They gave us a mechanical key, which worked, but was also quirky. Overall, I would stay there again, but if you are not a “go with the flow” personality, there are frustrations.

Quite an experience. The owners took an old Travelodge property and poured an incredible amount of energy (and money) into it. Everywhere you look there are new structures, fences, decks, etc. The "Forest" is unique and amazing, with a beautiful "mirrored" octagonal steam sauna and cold plunge along the walk with other attractions as well. Large, excellent pool surrounded by a newly improved deck. Most dog-friendly place I've found. Our little one loved it, and made lots of friends. The central area and fire pit invites meeting others and good conversation. But.... it is still an old converted Travelodge. The rooms are nicely decorated (good shower upgrade) and well maintained, but the dimensions of an old motel room are pretty tight. Needs a better sitting chair and I would prefer an inside security lock on the door. Some of the pavement is very bumpy - approaching 4WD territory. If you are OK with that you will have a super time.

Beautiful landscaping, very Zen, well done on the turnover. The ac was running at 67 but it was so hot in the room the whole stay. The back patio could use a lil cleaning up but the set up was a 10/10. Staff was always around and busy. There was grass in my bed, not sure what was up but the bed was so comfortable. The price point was fantastic. We had back patio / King room. Auto lock, easy check it / out. The pool was beautiful, great choice on the color. Great pool set up. They where finishing up the red light area (lack of labor hands it seemed from contractor, it seemed) Overall.. 9.5/ 10.. the ac was a kicker for me. This is deff a place we will be coming back to time and time again. .. the roads.. if you have a low profile car.. make sure you pay attention. Seems the ground isn’t solid and can’t be helped with the asphalt. We just parked by the pool bc the back half was too sketchy (Honda Civic) GREAT JOB, hands down to the owners. The landscaping and spa areas are perfect. The amenities 100/10. *Hand clap* Bravo Forrest Springs, Bravo.

This motel/spa is a work in progress but will get a 5 star solid review once they fix the kinks. The map on the website is not to scale so I couldn't figure out where the sauna was located which I was really hoping to use. There wasnt any sinage easily visible that directed you to its location. Once I found it the door was locked! Only to later discover it just was that hard to open but....by that point I was needing to check out. The walking trails in the back of the property are magnificent! Wow! Truly spectacular and worth staying for that alone. The room is lovely. No coffee makes though and you literally have to leave the hotel and go down the street to a gas station or coffee shop to get some. No cups either for water or to rinse your mouth out with. If you are a side sleeper that bed was brutal and punishing. My partner found it comfy since he sleepy on his tummy and didn't mind the firmness. I did meet the owner the following morning and he asked for the feedback. I was honest. He took notes and assured me they would add signage, make coffee available on the property and provide cups. As for the mattresses they had already ordered then for the rooms. (The hotel is being remodeled so there was only a few rooms available) I sugested get a memory foam topper like most upscale properties. He took my suggestions seriously and I know they will follow through. Lastly: the linens and robes. OMG! Simply Devine. I never knew sheets towels and fabric could be memorable!
