«The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.»

«Staff was great. Good dinning options at the hotel but super expensive. Room was good but maintenance had to come twice to fix the Air Conditioning and heater neither were working, but they got it taken care of in a two day span. It was still ok.»

«The breakfast was too expensive for my taste but there was a Denny's just around the block. We were close to the hospital and that’s what really counts. The staff were nice and bi-lingual very helpful for my husband! »
