Cushioned outdoor seating is found on the extra large balcony, offering breathtaking rooftop views of Carlton Landing! Rest easy knowing there is the added safety of a storm shelter located under the back deck and security cameras for the front porch and backyard. This home is the perfect retreat for those looking to make memories inside and out!
The main living area is bright and airy, giving modern coastal vibes, with plenty of living and dining space for the whole family! French doors open from the living room to the front porch. An indoor wood burning fireplace adds a cozy element during the cooler seasons. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. You’ll find a drip coffee pot as well as a Keurig coffee maker, just bring your favorite flavors. Enjoy the high-end "Monogram" appliances and gas stovetop! A large powder bathroom is located just off the living room. The master suite is located downstairs, just off the kitchen, and features King size furnishings and linens, a tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The master bedroom has an exterior door that steps onto the back porch, making loading/unloading easy! This is also a great way to enter the house after time at the pool or lake, so you can hop straight into the shower!
Head upstairs to find the second living room space complete with television, bean bag chairs, a sofa and games for the whole family. All televisions in the house are “smart” and equipped with YouTube TV access. The laundry room and full bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo are conveniently located on the second level.
The bedrooms on the second level are spacious and both have doors leading to the balcony. The first upstairs bedroom has a King size bed and the second has two sets of full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets, so you can get the very best vacation rest. To preserve the integrity of the home, Bourbon Hollow hosts a maximum of 10 guests.
