Outside: a terrace, an unfenced garden (under development), a gravel driveway for parking cars. The owner lives on the 1st floor (independent access at the back) and has the adjoining garage to the gite. For the deposit, provide 2 checks: 1 for 440 € for the cottage and 1 for 60 € for a cleaning deposit. In southern Brittany, come and stay by the sea in the small seaside resort of Etel, a former fishing port located at the entrance to the "Ria". The cottage is ideally located 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and bars. A little over 1 km away, a beach will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the sea as well as a seawater basin for the little ones. To discover the Ria d'Etel and its panoramas, you can embark at the port aboard a cruise ship. Do not miss: the island of Saint Cado, in Belz, one of the jewels of the region to be explored on foot. The beaches of Erdeven are 10 minutes away.
