«Nice hotel, nice people.
Two things not good: No possibility to open the windows. The air in the room was therefore not fresh.
The American breakfast is a joke. As a scandinavian, we’re used to having breakfast at a totally different level. Even the worst hotels in Scandinavia have a better breakfast than the best ones in the USA.
This was not different in Hampton Inn.
The coffee was superb!

«Our flight was delayed and had us landing in Phoenix at 2am. When I called the hotel to let them know we were arriving late (so as not to assume we are no shows) the staff was SO NICE i was floored. She seemed genuinely upset for us that our plans were delayed, and made sure to let the night manager know we were still en route.
