Enjoy cooking in the large open-concept kitchen with bar seating. The dining room provides you with an elegant dining table that can seat eight.
Snowline Vista Lodge has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One guest bedroom features two Queen beds, the second offers a single Queen bed, and the Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath.
This home offers amazing outdoor areas where you and your guests will revel in the stunning mountain views. A set of doors from the dining area leads out to the front patio, where guests can sit and relax while enjoying an unbeatable view of the Continental Divide. The second outdoor seating area is to the side of the home, where the grill and more spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed. This home is pet friendly for one dog. The dog must be leashed at all times when outside with you. The dog must be crated in the home, and not left unattended or closed into a room alone. Guests are responsible for cleaning up outside and inside messes and for any damage.

There are two steps into the home from the garage. One step from lower family room up into the larger home.
1 dog only, must be crated while alone in the home, may not be closed into a room alone, must be on a leash while outside. Fee applies
Parking for 4 cars - 2 in garage, 2 in driveway.
No large vehicles, i.e. RVs, trailers.
Firewood is not provided. Guest buys firewood for wood-burning fireplace.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply. Quiet Time 7p.m.
Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Snow removal at 4 inches of new snow on your arrival day.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house in Estes! The views are amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Can't say enough good things about this place!
The house was great! The entire house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. My favorite spot was the sitting area next to the gas fireplace. We got snowed in and they were quite responsive by text to extend our stay.
This house was excellent! We were able to check in easily, everything was there, it was a great place for our family and even a four month old. The views were absolutely beautiful, it was nice to sit outside and just breathe the fresh air and view the mountains. The town is cute and fun and we had just an all-around awesome time. Would definitely go back!
What a lovely house. Just far enough away to enjoy the quiet, stars, and the deer but close enough to run in for caramel apples. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked. We loved the fireplace and room to relax. Thank you for everything.
We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed. It was close to town and the national park yet far enough out to provide plenty of outdoor space. The views were beautiful, and we got to see the herd of elk come through the property. We would definitely stay there again.
A great place to enjoy quiet, mountain nights while being mere minutes from downtown Estes Park. The house was very clean and I loved the open space throughout. The property management was very easy to work with and very pleasant. Highly recommend!
A wonderful property and spectacular view. Easy to get to and out of the main town hustle and bustle. The house layout is nice; one floor with ample space for all. The openness and views from all rooms provides nonstop views of Longs Peak and the surrounding mountains. 6-8" of snow made it a unique Easter Holiday - Sledding in the RMNP was fun! Our grandkids called it the Fun House. Thanks for the memories.

Fantastic house
We enjoyed this house very much! The view is spectacular and we never got tired of it. The house was cozy and comfortable (except the master bathroom tile was ice cold; a couple extra rugs would be nice). It was just my husband and I and our dog she enjoyed all the big windows and multiple sunny spots to lay in. The morning we left, there was a huge herd of elk on the front lawn. They were beautiful to watch and it was a perfect ending to our getaway. We only live an hour away so I know well rent this house again.
Exceptional clean property. Had everything we needed. House needs new curtains and more of them. So many windows without curtains that it was uncomfortable. The curtains that were there didn't even cover most of the windows. Beds were very comfortable. Check in time could be moved up. Sat out front of house for 1 1/2 hours prior to check in time and nobody was there but did not get go ahead until exactly 4 p.m..
