There`s a one car attached garage to add to the comfort and convenience of your stay. Enjoy scenic views of the serene Lake Estes minutes away and majestic mountain views in this 1048-square-foot home. With one queen-size bed and two twins, there`s ample space for a peaceful night`s sleep after a day of exploration. Stay connected with high-speed internet and savor delicious meals prepared on the BBQ. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay, and our pet-free policy ensures a tranquil environment for all guests.     Vacation Rental Agreement-
    This vacation rental contract is a legal agreement between Estes Park Property Management
    (also referred to as the “Property Manager”) and you, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants”
    and “Guests”). This contract is entered into as of the date when the Renters place their
    reservation online and the reservation is screened and accepted by the Property Manager. The
    Property Manager will notify the Renters when their reservation is accepted.
    Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in and must be received before the lock box code and directions to the vacation rental are released.
    Policy:
    The Vacation Rental must be left picked up and the departure instructions followed. If there are
    difficulties following the departure instructions, the renter should notify the property manager.
    Reservation Policy:
    We, the Renters (also referred to as “Tenants” and “Guests”) agree to the following:
    1. We will be completely responsible for any and all damages to the property caused by
    our negligence.
    2. We will notify the owners of any damage upon arrival.
    3. We will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property
    damage incurred on the property arising out of our negligent acts or omissions. See
    disclaimer below.
    4. We will pay for any fee that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing
    items.
    5. Please follow the cancellation policy through the website you booked through.
    6. There are no refunds for early departure or no shows.
    7. There are no refunds for snow or weather conditions.
    8. All rental monies are due 30 days prior to arrival.
    9. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear proof trash can or cost of $100 for unbagged trash.
    10. We will not hold the owners responsible for any items left after our check out if we get the request
    to send items back, we will charge postal costs plus $15 for packaging.
    11. Lost keys will incur replacement costs of $50
    12. This is not a party house.
    13. This is a non-smoking vacation rental.
    14. Pets are not allowed in the rental unless property allows dogs or approved by the
    property manager.
    15. The Town of Estes Park passed an Ordinance which makes it against the law to exceed the maximum
    stated occupancy.
    16. Please check when your check in time is. An early check-in or late checkout is subject to
    extra rental charges.
    17. The Renter must be 21 years of age to book this vacation rental.
    18. Please look at the cancellation policy. By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the terms of
    the cancellation policy.
    Lone Pine Vista Condominium Association Rules/ House Rules These rules are intended to promote safety, protect property, and ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents and guests. Safety and Fire Prevention 1. NO OPEN FLAMES No Open-flame grills, charcoal grills, propane grills, smokers, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, tiki torches, and any other open-flame devices are prohibited. Only electric grills approved for residential use are permitted. 2. NO CANDLES The use of candles or any other open-flame decorative devices is prohibited inside or outside of the unit. 3. NO FIREPLACE USE Due to current fire danger conditions, the fireplace shall not be used until further notice. 4. STORM DOOR All residents are responsible for ensuring that the storm door and windows are secured/ properly closed when not in use. Parking 1. 2. No parking is permitted on the main drive at any time. Each condominium unit is limited to: One vehicle parked inside the garage and One vehicle parked in the unit’s driveway. 3. Additional, or visitor vehicles must park along the street easement areas. 4. Vehicles may not block driveways, garages, sidewalks, mailboxes, or the main access route. 5. Inoperable, abandoned, or unregistered vehicles are not permitted on the property. Noise and Conduct 1. Residents and guests shall be respectful of neighbors and keep noise at reasonable levels at all times. 2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 3. Large parties, gatherings, or activities that create excessive noise or disturb neighbors are prohibited. 4. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Common Areas 1. Common Areas shall be kept clean and free from personal belongings. 2. No storage of furniture, boxes, bicycles or other personal property is permitted in common areas unless specifically authorized on a temporary basis. 3. Residents shall not damage landscaping, common property, or association maintained areas including back and side-yard areas. Pets 1. 2. Pets are prohibited without permission from the owners. If permitted, pets must be under control at all times; pet owners must immediately clean up after the pets; and excessive barking or disruptive pet behavior is not permitted. Trash and Maintenance 1. Trash must be placed in designated containers. 2. Residents and guests shall not leave trash, boxes, furniture, or other items outside of the unit. 3. Residents and guests are responsible for maintaining the unit in a lean and safe condition. Compliance 1. Residents are responsible for ensuring that guests comply with these rules. 2. Violations may result in warnings, fines or other enforcement actions as permitted by law. Thank you for helping maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable community for all residents and guests!
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and can ask you to leave the property if you are rude/disrespectful or breaking any of these rules. We will not be responsible for accidents or
    injury to guests or for loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
    Disclaimer:
    Renters understand that the Property Manager is not responsible for any personal injury caused
    by slipping on snow or ice, and that tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice
    around the doorways and paths to car, to include the parking area.
    And further that the homeowners are not responsible for any personal injury or loss or damage to
    tenants’ property caused directly or indirectly from foul, inclement weather conditions, acts of
    god or nature, failure of heat, accidents related to fire, heaters, stoves, tenants’ failure to remove snow around access areas, or any unforeseeable circumstances.
    Under no circumstances will tenants or their guests hold the owners of the vacation rental
    responsible for any damages or claims of any kind resulting from their stay, except for
    intentional acts of harm.
    By booking this property you are agreeing to this agreement and disclaimer applies to Renters and all guests in the Renters’ party.
    I, the Renter, have read, understand, agree to, and will abide by this rental agreement and all
    conditions stated herein.

We really enjoyed our time together at this property. The beds were comfortable and there were even hangars in the closets. The carpet was dirty, but everything else was spotless.

This was my second time staying at the Nystrom condo. The condo is in a great location near Lake Estes with superb views of the mountains; it’s in a quiet neighborhood and only about 10-15 minutes from one of the RMNP entrances. The condo is clean and spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was easy and the property management folks were responsive if we had any questions. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice place with all the convenience of home. Having a garage was nice too. Close to park and town without being over run. Saw a deer at the property and lots of Wyoming ground squirrels. Hand-held showers were nice too.

Splendid property!

We highly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was in a quiet easy to access location with great views looking south towards Longs Peak, Mt Meeker and the Twin Sisters. The home was clean and we liked the open concept of the rooms.

Quiet home to relax and unwind

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this was just what we needed. It’s just a quick drive to Downtown Estes Park or RMNP. Home was clean and well stocked. Only con is that the headboard squeaks so bad that rolling over in my sleep woke me up regularly.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo and would definitely book this place again for future visits. The condo was well-equipped with essentials during my stay and is located in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the porch after long hikes in RMNP, looking at Lake Estes and the mountain peaks. The queen bed was comfy, though the headboard creaks a bit when moving around. Abbey's communication was clear, detailed, and responsive, and the check-in and checkout process was painless.

Convenient to RMNP

If you’re looking for a place convenient to Estes Park and the RMNP, this fits the bill. It has a washer/dryer which was very helpful since we were hiking every day, and didn’t want to pack more than necessary. We could hear a male elk bugling during the night and morning, and saw a gang of elk almost every morning leaving the neighborhood. The condo was acceptably clean, but very cluttered and the decor and fixtures are dated. Be forewarned that the bed in the master bedroom creaks loudly with every movement. Overall this listing met our needs better than a hotel room, but we were a bit disappointed by the clutter and dated furnishings.

Unbelievable this is on the market, it should NOT be!!

This property should be removed from VRBO listings.When we walked in the unit we noticed immediately the carpet was very dirty and it did not smell very good inside.We opened some windows to get air flowing and then another window just blew open because the crank handle on it is broken. We had to walk outside and push it closed and that meant there is no way to lock it shut. There also was no screen on that window.We took our bags back to the bed rooms and noticed that in one bedroom the ceiling light did not work.We went to the back door to the back "yard" to see it and the weeds were about knee high.We went to the front porch to relax and saw where rotted wood had been painted over but a lot of the paint has peeled off.Checked out the bathrooms and found black mold in one of the showers.The fire extinguisher by the kitchen is not charged.Last but not least there is mouse feces in the oven and the pans under the oven!!!This unit is not fit to be in the VRBO organization!!!
