Property nice! Great location along River . Close to Rocky Mt National Park. The air conditioner was not great. Recycled hot air out the back and back in to the room. Mattress was a little worn. Overall a nice stay

Lovely Locati
The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We ate most of our meals at the rental! The location was quiet and good for a couple or small family. If you have a kiddo who is mobile, beware that the floors were pretty dirty. I think they’re vacuumed but not scrubbed: we had BLACK feet after walking around for a while without socks. We loved this location. We will definitely consider staying here again. Wonderful little walking path behind the condo and super convenient to get into the park or downtown! We actually brought a brochure home with us to give to some family headed to CO soon. Definitely recommend staying here. Maybe don’t walk around barefoot, though.

Issues never resolved
Love the location and the condo itself. Unfortunately, we had a couple maintenance issues that were never addressed even after several phone calls. It's really hard to sleep when the heat kept coming on every night even though it's the middle of summer and we turned the tstat down to 50. The hot tub had a broken part on it which made one of the two sitting areas with jets on it not usable. Other than that, it was great.

It was very hard to find with the description on the check in. When we tried to use the water jets in the tub, the covers flew off the jets.

Nice getaway close to RMNP
Very close to Fall River entrance to RMNP. Comfortable bed and well stocked. If coming in at dark it is helpful to know there are multiple buildings, the building with this apartment is to the left and at the bottom of the driveway. It isn't clear at night those are part of the same property and there is no desk or map to check in with. Other than that issue the stay was lovely and we enjoyed the apartment. The river outside the back porch was very nice and peaceful.

Poor PMI followup after problems at checkin
Please see the below email thread with PMI: From: Dave Cresswell Date: Thu, Aug 3, 2023 at 10:16 PM Subject: Re: Fall River Escape stay 7/30-8/4 To: PMI Travel Thanks for your response. My wife did inform me that she found additional towels. My regrets for reporting incorrectly. Regarding the requested blankets, there were only a set of queen sheets but no blankets in the unit nor inside, behind, under, nor on top of the sofa. Your staff person was responsive to my call Sunday night but gave me no options other than to use the public restrooms in town. I understand that people make mistakes and miss things. Mistakes are always more visible in hindsight and changes in procedure may prevent future reoccurrences. But there was no reach out to me the rest of the week by phone call after the text response Monday morning. It's also not very good customer service as a property manager to minimize these failures by pointing out past positive feedback. That doesn't help me. Best Vacation Ever
This was the best vacation my husband and I have had. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, yet there is a town close by. The condo was dated, but we loved it that way! We saw plenty wildlife including elk and beautiful birds. I do have to say we were disappointed with the supplies in the kitchen (or lack thereof). We only had one knife, no toaster, no cutting board, and limited silverware. We also had an issue with the jacuzzi; it would shut itself off after 5 to 10 minutes of use and you would have to use the reset on the outlet after 30 minutes or so to get it to come back on. When we called for help, the call went to another location and they said they would call back. They did not. All in all.... It was wonderful!

Our expectations were a bit more privacy and it was advertised as more adult property but kids were absolutely running all night and morning upstairs! So noisy! Privacy expectations- people walking right by property - not private. For the price we just paid for a fantastic anniversary retreat we were extremely disappointed!

Hot tub leaked water next to sliding glass door every night we used it. Thermostat and heating DOES NOT WORK in spite of what the maintenance guy says. Setting the thermostat to 60 sends the heat to about 80 - 90 degrees in the unit. Microwave door handle is broke. Shower doors are not hung correctly and water sprays out on floor while taking a shower. Maintenance rehung one but not the second one which is the one that needs it most.

Place was nice, the showers doors need to be put on the tracks properly. They were hard to open and the first night the heater was set to 85 upon arrival and it took forever to cook the place down with no AC! Over all it was nice.

Nice place and location
Nice place, nice location with enjoyable small deck adjacent to river. I recommend that cleaning staff circulate cleaner through jacuzzi with pump in operation: brown stuff came floating to top of water when we were in it despite the fact it looked clean when off (FYI we also showered before getting in!). Bed mattress should be updated. Bad lightbulbs should be replaced. Fully stocked kitchen is nice and useful. Linen was nice and clean. Electric fireplace is pleasant. A smallnstack of board games is a pleasant touch.

This place is truly special, it’s quiet and the property is beautiful.
Being a resident of this beautiful state and a chef who travels up and down through it. This stay was needed and booked last minute. It was truly special, a place of beautiful and peace.

No help from property
Are stay was bad from the first time we stepped into the property. The inside hot tub was dirty with dirt and hair. tried to clean it out fill back up no hot water just warm. Turn on the jets they don't work. We get no hot tub the whole reason I booked the room. Blood splats on the wall and ceiling. The toilet doesn't work we had to take the lid off every time we used the toiled to flush it by hand. call them won't call use back call three times. The manager said they couldn't get any help until Sunday. We had to leave at 10 to check out Sunday. The trip was not a good experience we paid too much money and it was like a motel in stay. won't use that property again.
