Located in the Aigue Marine residence in Erquy, this 75 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests close to the coast. The central beach is approximately 150 metres away and shops are around 800 metres from the property.

The living area opens directly onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a partial sea view. This outdoor space quickly becomes a natural part of the stay, whether for breakfast outside, meals after the beach or quieter breaks at the end of the day.

The open-plan kitchen makes everyday meals easy to prepare. It includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker and toaster.

Erquy is known for its beaches, harbour and the pink sandstone landscapes of Cap d'Erquy. From the apartment, guests can easily alternate between swimming, walks along the seafront and coastal path outings.
