«Nice property. Construction going on next door.»

«Room had signs of water damage on furniture»

«I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair ...

«The bed where comfortable and shower was great pressure and hot water»

«The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay»

«our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms.»

«Lots of sound around. The bed also made noise. Towels were not clean. Breakfast was terrible. Only waffle and orange juice were the main thing there. No yogurt, eggs, butter.»

«Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic!»

«Room was clean but there were several insects that looked like stink bugs in the rooms that had to be removed each evening. Breakfast was meager.»

«This is a long term stay hotel. There were no amenities in the room, there is no lobby to visit. The linens were clean, but old.»

«Dirty and smelly»
