The inside -

We are so excited to begin hosting a Lake Erie vacation! Winter, summer, spring or fall our home has amenities to entertain groups all year round. There is an open concept throughout the home that flows throughout. From the front entry, you have access to the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and exterior entrance to the large patio deck. The kitchen allows guests to cook together as if you were in your own home and has been fully stocked to anticipate any of your needs. The living room boasts a large 60 inch TV and comfortable seating to kick back and relax on your trip. From the brand new furnishings, kids amenities, large entertaining spaces, outdoor chill area, comfortable beds, prime location, and detailed stocking our home couldn't be more family-friendly!

This Great Lake Erie gem is suitable for up to 15 guests looking to relax together in the home or for anyone looking to enjoy and explore the surrounding attractions such as wine country, downtown Erie PA, beaches, and we are not a far drive from the famous amusement park!

A few common questions to help you decide if this home is a good fit for your getaway:

How far is this Lake Erie waterfront home from the actual Lake?

When you drive into the property you will understand the proximity to the water. When in our home, you can see the water through the windows and can feel the breeze immediately. We are located directly on the water so please be careful with any kiddos getting near the waters edge outside of our fully fenced in waterfront yard!

Can we cook at the house? BBQ outside?

Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with your standard plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots, pans, and much more. All appliances are ready to be used! We have a BBQ grill to enjoy in our outdoor deck area. Propane and backup tanks will be provided. In the kitchen, you will also find a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker complete with ground coffee!


Is it suitable for children?

We have had several families and friends stay at our home. With the private property, there is room for outdoor activities for the kids. As with all houses situated near a street and lake please always be cautious of the kiddos getting near the road and water and please provide ample supervision. The interior of the home has open spaces for the children to play and make themselves at home. Please be extra considerate of the lake and do not climb down the cliff to access the water.


Are there any games or other activities at the house?

You bet! We have board games (our personal favorites), yard games, and more.


What about outside? Is there ample seating?

Yes, we have you covered! We have a beautiful patio set with comfy cushions for you to kick back and relax. We also have a table for your family's outdoor enjoyment and a chairs set around a fire pit in the backyard!

What about the TV/Movie situation?

Great news, all of our TVs are “Smart TVs” which allow you to access Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, or whatever networks you are subscribed to!


Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do allow pets under certain restrictions! We are proud owners of two rescue puppies ourselves and understand the desire to have your furbabies on vacation with you. Please mention that you would like to bring a pet with you before booking to answer a few brief questions to see if your particular pet fits our requirements. Any dogs must be leashed at all times outside and cleaned up immediately. There is a $75 pet cleaning fee and additional fees may apply for any damages or pet rules broken.

Other Details:This house isn't the only great thing about the area! There are many attractions, restaurants and things to do/see. You're also 15 minutes or less away from 3 of the area colleges - Penn State Behrend, Gannon University, Mercyhurst University. Many events take place in surrounding areas throughout the year in Downtown Erie as well as North East. This home puts you on a quiet street, just outside of the busy city area, while keeping you close to important vacation amenities. Although the home doesn’t have direct lake access, there are plenty of access points near by for swimming, fishing and getting some sun!

-Please treat our home and amenities with the same respect you would your own, leave home in same condition you found it and if you notice anything broken or out of place let us know right away
-No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue
-Please be extremely careful with starting a fire in the outdoor kitchen fireplace. Please clean up any garbage left around this area and use caution when enjoying a fire
-Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host prior to booking
-Respect the neighbors: it is very important that noise levels are kept reasonable in the outdoor areas after 9pm. If there are any complaints we may not be able to continue hosting in the future and any repeated noise complaints will result in removal from property
-Please notify us of any extra house guests as they must be approved before staying- you may be charged an additional fee or, depending on the circumstances, we will enforce a removal from the property for all guests immediately without a refund
-Report damages and anything in non-working condition
-Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate host for any stains
-It is self check in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days prior to your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart
-Pets must be approved before entering the home.
