if you want reviews here we go! My husband and I got a room for one night. We got there late of course that’s the way we planned it, but nonetheless, we had our reserved room get there. No one’s at the counter. A note said ring the bell so we did. How comes a young man just stood there and stared at us didn’t say can I help you hello then when I went to explain to him that we had a room, he just looked at me and said. nothing I then brought my reservation up on my phone so he could verify my reservation. I held up my phone. He didn’t even bother to look at it. He just kept staring at me so I said do you need this? He said whet do I need that for? I said maybe too compare the two reservations to verify it, no I don’t need to do that. He got on the computer and asked me what was my name and then got the key card and just laid them on the desktop! Didn’t say thank you enjoy your stay if you need anything, just let us know nothing!! I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. But I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this behavior from him I don’t understand how you can have someone welcoming guests to your establishment your business to be so rude. It made me so angry you forget the about the good things. I must say for the attendant who was doing the checkout was very nice and kind and took care of us. She had to redo what he didn’t do on check-in, which was nothing because he did nothing for us. I will mot be returning! I’ll sleep in my car first! Who’s pay
